I’m sure the dealership is fine, but I recently was a first time customer, just to get an oil change. The only reason I chose to try Lindsay is because I missed my appointment at my normal dealership (w first time customer, just to get an oil change. The only reason I chose to try Lindsay is because I missed my appointment at my normal dealership (which is farther from my home), and that location didn’t have an oil change appointment available quick enough. I was shocked to hear the price of $67 for a simple oil change ($17 higher than another Honda competitor), and if I wanted a car wash, it was an additional $5. (Car is always washed at HWH). There were two cashiers, and thankfully I got the nice one, but the not-so-nice, and rather opinionated cashier made it very clear to me that if I wanted a less expensive oil change “I would need to buy a car from them”. (The nice cashier was mortified at that comment & fiercely apologized.) Needless to say, I won’t be missing any future appointments with my long term Honda dealership (HWH) and will not be returning to Lindsay Honda for any reason. More
Great experience. Ended up purchasing a 2022 EX-L Odyssey. Took awhile (almost 2 months thru 5 diff dealers!) to get the color combo we wanted, but Lindsay got the van first... Brian at Lindsay contacted me the same day it arrived on the truck. I hustled up there (they don't take deposits to hold vehicles) and worked with Chris for a few minutes, and then eventually Anthony took care of me for the duration. Both were great. Eric, the sales manager was awesome. A small win for me was that I was able to negotiate off the VERY expensive cerami-seal charge because I ceramic coat my own vehicles. Had to pay MSRP for the van, because well, that's just the current climate right now with vehicles. There is no real negotiating due to lack of supply, but I knew this going into it. Some dealers had $2k mark ups on the Odysseys. The final step was Tom at F&I and he was great too. No pressure at all, just a smooth, quick transaction. I've purchased several new and used vehicles... this had to be one of my best experiences. 5/5! Thanks! More

Have bought multiple Hondas from Curtiss Paige. We never look forward to purchasing cars, but Curtiss is very professional and makes the process painless.
