This was by far the best purchase experience I have had at any Honda dealership (I have owned over 10 Hondas!) Friendly people, excellent deal, beautifully made car. Overall I had a good experience at Lindsay Honda while buying the car. After I bought the car however it became a bit of a headache. I had to take an hour and half to come and get a new key for the car wh buying the car. After I bought the car however it became a bit of a headache. I had to take an hour and half to come and get a new key for the car which was a hassle. But I guess they were nice enough to give me a key which I'm sure was valued at several hundred dollars. And the car I bought, 2008 Honda Civic, had several cigarette burns on the seats. they promised to fix them but it took three weeks and many phone calls to finally repair the seats. Which looked brand new after "We can fix that" upholstery care came out to my house. More

He didn't have the answer right away (not surprising since they weren't released until this week), but he called me back with an hour with what information he could get. I really expected to never hear from him again since that's been my experience in the past when searching for a car. Not only did he call me back as soon as the cars were in, he made sure to give me his cell # and that I was given as much information on the voicemail he left as possible. It wasn't just "Hi this is John, I have info on the new Civic, call me back". He let me know which models were in and available for test drive in addition to how many he had and what times to call him. When I arrived at the dealership and met John, I felt very comfortable with him. There was no pressure to buy, just someone who was honestly enthusiastic about the cars he sells and the new line coming out. He made sure to point out features that are important when buying a car, not just the latest and greatest technology ones or the flashy things. Lindsay Honda and John gave me a great deal on my trade in and the financing couldn't have been easier. The finance guy (I can't remember his name) was also very friendly and personable. To be truthful everyone I dealt with was nice and put me at ease. I've been to some dealers where it seems like a shark tank and if you're dealing with someone else, they don't even look at you. Lindsay's salespeople were nice, asked me if I needed anything to drink while waiting on John while he was getting the trade information and everything. I was very impressed. Another thing I was impressed with was how little time it took. I arrived at 4:00pm and was done by 6:30pm and this included test drive, trade evaluation and everything. I was honestly expecting to be there much longer. To sum it all up, my experience was wonderful as John seemed to be honestly friendly, enthusiastic and was very helpful throughout the entire process. More
When my husband and I walked into the dealership Reginald greeted us and wanted to know exactly what we wanted. My husband explained we really weren't in a hurry to buy a vehicle and he still took the time greeted us and wanted to know exactly what we wanted. We went on a test drive and it was closing time and Reginald was very patient and was only concerned that he answered all our questions.We never felt hurried. Before we left we met the manager and wanted to be sure our needs were attended to. We left knowing we would buy from Reginald. He emailed us that night and called us the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. After we did our homework we contacted Reginald and within a couple days of our original contact we bought a vehicle from him. More
I have no complaints with my experience buying at Lindsay Honda. The process was very quick and easy. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to deal with. Reggie got me in and out in a couple of hours. He got me into the car I wanted with a payment that I could afford. The customer service was excellent!!! Pam was great. She was very informative and very helpful. The only issue I had was that I was there for a while before I got someone to help me. I stood inside for a while and no one asked if I helpful. The only issue I had was that I was there for a while before I got someone to help me. I stood inside for a while and no one asked if I needed help. I went outside and looked at cars for a while thinking a sales person would come out and ask if I needed help but no one did. There isn't a place (reception/counter) area to go to ask for help and everyone was busy with either a customer or doing something on their computer. Finally Pam asked if she could help me and she was very efficient and helped me with exactly what I wanted. But just so you know I was giving it one more minute and then I was going to leave. More

This was my best car buying experience in my 47 ears of driving. Dontay was very helpful and patient as we took our time deciding if the 2011 Odyssey. They honored their promise to match their competitor's price without hesitation. Tim Smith in service took care of adding some accessories and correcting a minor assembly flaw. The service process was prompt and efficient and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at home when the car was ready. More
Our salesman at Lindsay Honda went out of the way to find the car I wanted before the 0% financing ended. He actually drove to PA himself to pick up my car! He ended up driving back and hit lake effect snow the car I wanted before the 0% financing ended. He actually drove to PA himself to pick up my car! He ended up driving back and hit lake effect snow, therefore slowing down his trip. All along the process he kept us updated with phone calls as to the status of our car. So far we've been very pleased with the experience. More
