My contact with Lindsay Honda began over the internet, entering my email address for a trade-in credit voucher. By the next morning, I had received an email from Mr. Chuck Hawley. I responded to his ema entering my email address for a trade-in credit voucher. By the next morning, I had received an email from Mr. Chuck Hawley. I responded to his email, sharing my story and my desire to trade-in my Civic Coupe for an Accord Sedan. From there, we continued to communicate through email and I spoke with him a few time overs the phone. He was very responsive to my wishes. By the next morning, he called to tell me that the loan was approved with Honda Financial Services (who, by the way, really do take care of their loyal customers - very highly recommended) before I had taken my first step at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment with Chuck to pick out the color, take a test-drive and sign on the dotted line. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Chuck and the team at Lindsay Honda. More

Wow….Where do I begin? For starters, I absolutely despise buying a car. This is mainly due to my past experience. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about entering the buying process, dealing with all the back and forth hassle with the sales/sales manager and then getting in front of the finance department… I can’t believe I’m saying this but Lindsay Honda was the BEST buying experience I’ve ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no pushy tactics, easy trade-in process, open to listening to our needs/wants. Unreal actually. Reggie was hands down, the BEST car buying consultant I’ve ever dealt with. We test drove anything WE wanted and were given the opportunity to make the best informed decision for our family. At this point, I will never shop anywhere else. We absolutely LOVE our new Civic. They pretty much beat the lowest price I could find. Not a lot of haggling over price once I brought in written offers from other dealers (from internet sites). Everyone was very friendly. Only one thing bothered me: the inside of the car I bought was not very clean. It was obvious that they had not wiped off any of the interior. The outside was immaculate however. A very small point but when you drive off the lot in a brand new car it should be spotless inside and out. I would most certainly buy from this dealership again. Overall a very good experience. More
