My contact with Lindsay Honda began over the internet, entering my email address for a trade-in credit voucher. By the next morning, I had received an email from Mr. Chuck Hawley. I responded to his email, sharing my story and my desire to trade-in my Civic Coupe for an Accord Sedan. From there, we continued to communicate through email and I spoke with him a few time overs the phone. He was very responsive to my wishes. By the next morning, he called to tell me that the loan was approved with Honda Financial Services (who, by the way, really do take care of their loyal customers - very highly recommended) before I had taken my first step at the dealership.
