I've purchased three new and one used vehicles from Lindsay Honda. I generally shop all dealers in the city, and know what the going rate for a vehicle is. You can't go wrong with a Honda. The staff is generally nice to work with. However, I've had some issues with their service department. The last two times I've been there, I've had to go back immediately because things were not right. In once instance, my tire was completely flat. While they did fix it upon my return, they didn't initially take responsibility until they checked it out. The other time, they hadn't balanced my tires and my van was shaking all over the place. Generally when things have gone wrong in the past, they'll give me a free oil change the next time I'm in, but the last two times when things were very wrong, they didn't. Nevertheless, I still consider them a good dealer in the city and appreciate all that they do for the community. I also respect them for allowing their business to close on Sundays. More

Once he faxed me a copy of the buyers order it all made sense. Overall this was a good experience, the guys were personable and attentive. I do love the car and am happy with the purchase. More
