This relates to the service I had getting the window visors on my new Civic. They were actually quicker than I was told. However, I saw my car being pulled out of the garage and ready about 10 AM. I waited another 30 minutes before I was told it was ready. I am not sure why, but I do not see any reason, there were no charges, and if it takes that long to do the paper work, then your process needs to be reviewed. I do want to say that Sam, my sales rep was great. I will definately recommend him. More

Very helpfully staff there. Not afraid to steer you to a new vehicle and still keep it in your price range. Even their management and loan supervisors were extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed working with Donna. She was patient with us as we asked about the different models LX, EX, EX-L. While we had a trade-in, we were still hoping that the price and our cost per month wou with us as we asked about the different models LX, EX, EX-L.
