I found myself in the market for a new car . Our salesperson and the entire staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient. I had purchased a new Honda Element from Lindsay Honda in 2009 and had a good experience. Good enough that when I sold my Element I went back to Lindsay to look for a used Honda Pilot. I was greeted by Dan 2009 and had a good experience. Good enough that when I sold my Element I went back to Lindsay to look for a used Honda Pilot. I was greeted by Dan Fenton when I walked through the door and from the beginning it was a pleasure working with Dan. Dan was very professional and low pressure. He listened to my criteria and showed me vehicles that fit that criteria without trying to up sell me or "fit" me into something rather than showing me what I told him I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I had a previous commitment so I scheduled a time to come back with my wife the next day to check out the Honda Pilot we test drove. That evening I checked out Lindsay Honda's website and saw a Pilot that looked like it hit better into our budget. I called Dan and told him that I would like to test drive that car when we came back. When we arrived Dan had both Pilots ready to test drive. We ended up going with the cheaper priced Pilot and Dan never once even mentioned the more expensive one. Again, Dan really listened to what we wanted rather than trying to "sell" us something. Dan even hung out with out 11 month old while we signed papers!!! The finance manager was great too and beat the rate I had from our bank! I couldn't be happier with our experience and our new Pilot. Our salesman gave us plenty of information so that we could make an informed decision about our purchases and gave us plenty of time to process and decide what we wanted to do. There wasn't any pressure to make immediate decisions and questions along the way were welcomed and answered in a friendly manner. The entire sales presentation was very professional, informative--Dwight was able to answer all the questions about the vehicles and took extra time several days later to go over all the technology. We so appreciated that! We drove a few extra miles to THIS Honda dealership because of their customer service and got our Accord...went back several weeks later and got a Civic!! We will recommend LIndsay HOnda and Dwight Allred! More
I have never bought a new car before, and when I left my house the farthest thought on my mind was that I would come home with a new car. I had only bought 1 car before but it's older and has very high mil house the farthest thought on my mind was that I would come home with a new car. I have been toying with the idea of getting a "new" Civic for a while now but while me and my dad were out we heard on the radio that Lindsay Honda had a special with 0% interest going on. I knew I wanted a blue 2 door Civic but the only one on the lot had leather seats which I did not want, and was more expensive than I wanted. (I'm VERY picky when it comes to what I want in a car) Dwight said "well I know something you don't know, we have another lot and I might have one" So he checked and sure enough 8 days ago they had gotten one in. I was the 1st to test drive it, and went home with it (2012 Dyno Blue Civic EX Coupe) that night. I had originally planned on taking my Cougar in for a trade in the next day, but after cleaning it out and heading over to the dealer with my title had second thoughts about getting rid of it. So we asked Dwight if instead I could put cash down and he arranged for me to pay cash for what they offered for the car. I am VERY happy with my Civic, and VERY happy I bought it from Lindsay Honda, and have already recommended them to others. I plan on not needing a new car for a VERY long time, but when the time comes, I already know where to go. More
I was nervous about visiting a dealership and considering buying a car. I hadn't done it in over a decade. However, after sitting with Mr. Shedlock for a few minutes, I felt much more at ease. He went to work having my car appraised and had the car I wanted to test cooled off and ready to go!(hot day) I wasn't sure I'd get much for my trade, probably because I thought car salespeople/dealerships were only seeing how much they'd have to give me for it. I was very happy with the offer they gave-it was very fair! Mr. Shedlock explained my financing options to me and I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. Again, preconceived ideas had me fearing the worst. Buying my Honda (which I adore!!) from Lindsay Honda was not a hard decision at all! And what a relief to meet so many nice, helpful people in one place. I'm so sorry but I can't remember the name of the finance guy I worked with but he also was great! On top of all of that, the entire process took much less time than I expected. It was easy and fast but not rushed. A++ Thank you all so much!!! More

My name is John New, I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Lindsey Honda and declined the Extended Warranty when the salesman asked me if I wanted it. However, it was put into the loan and I didn't reali from Lindsey Honda and declined the Extended Warranty when the salesman asked me if I wanted it. However, it was put into the loan and I didn't realize it, that was my fault, shame on them though for doing so when I declined it to the salesman. They then told me I could cancel the extended warranty since I didn't want it, I did, they had me sign a paper cancelling it, however the price of the extended warranty was $2300, and it was rolled into my loan. Since I cancelled the extended warranty within three weeks of purchasing the vehicle, and since the amount of the extended warranty was financed into my loan and they refused to rework the financing, I would expect to be reimbursed (less the three weeks) the $2300. Otherwise, I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT HAVE AND DID NOT WANT, ONCE I DISCOVERED THIS AND CANCELLED IT, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED THE MONEY SINCE IT'S INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL LOAN AND I'M PAYING FOR IT.. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED THE MONEY. To add insult to injury, the price on the winshield of the truck said $18,899, the price on the windshield is what drew me to that truck, it's why we pulled into the lot, it was parked out front in a row of other vehicles marked down as well, the sign on each end of that row said "Discount Row"....in fact, they charged me the original sticker price. Close to $20,000. Yes, I should have caught this too, but I thought my interest rate put the total loan to where it was, it was only a few weeks later when my friend started questioning these things and looked at the loan papers and saw what happened that I realized this. I admit I was not too bright, I'd only ever purchased one car off of a lot before, but shame on them for pulling a couple of fast ones. Honda East was an excellent dealership, Lindsey Honda (who purchased them) are as crooked as the day is long in summer. I would never purchase another vehicle from them. For the record, another dealership told me about this web site. My next step is to file a complaint with the attorney general. More
