Awful customer service with sales. I told Matthew I wasn’t ready to purchase for a month because closing on a home. Would have come back to purchase after. I wanted to test drive a civic and he rudely said no that one is sold. Found another and he said no we don’t do test drives. Either because I wasn’t ready to buy that day or because I told him I wasn’t paying 6k markup over msrp. Either way I was told I could not test drive. This dealership is a scam they don’t prep paint right and is just looking to collect and screw anyone that buys it . This coating is a joke has them re apply coating and still spotty and dealership don’t even know how to properly clean a vehicle. Still brake dust on wheels etc . 2000 dollars for a warranty that is a joke and will not refund warranty. Said don’t meet requirements and won’t provide return requirements . Shannon Daily is a joke. Will never at all costs buy a vehicle here again . More

They are all nice and seem professional. We have gone to them for years. We took our CRV in for AC check. They said it needed a new compressor for $1500. This car had 40 k miles on it. I took it elsewhere and they said it just needed a charge. My AC works fine now and it only cost me $250. I now wonder if they’ve fleeced me for years! More
Helped a family member purchase a used car. The salesman was polite and helpful in finding a car within their budget BUT!.... He came back with the "deal" which was over $40/month from my math. This "error" would of added thousands more to the term of the loan. Could not explain the difference. When we arrived in finance that person immediately made the comment that he did not know where those numbers came from, that the new numbers were within $5/mo of mine. 🤔 Mistake? Trying to pull a fast one? Probably will not return there or recommend to anyone I know. More

When I did report that to the boss he didn’t care, he was fine with one of his team acting that way…I wouldn’t believe it if it didn’t happen to me. More
Unfriendly staff, caused damage to car during recall repair so significant that I had to have car towed for service.
