I just needed the perfect sales person to make this happen. I was greeted by Lisa Dobberstein with a smile and what could she assist me with. I explained what I wanted and she went to work right away making everything happen quickly and smoothly. She was the perfect sales person! I just want to thank her for such a pleasant and stress free experience.When I take it in for the free car wash Lisa always goes out of her way to take my car to be washed and she even dried it off for me. Manager pulled a bait and switch on me. Offered me a price on a car and an offer on my trade in. After I agreed to the terms they hid the total price from me and tried to bury the extra $500 in the fin price on a car and an offer on my trade in. Will never buy from these crooks. Had price in writing. More
My car was worked on by Lindsay Honda in early February this year but had not had any work done on the car since that time. Recently I had my oil changed at a local Valvoline and after opening the hood th this year but had not had any work done on the car since that time. Recently I had my oil changed at a local Valvoline and after opening the hood the technician immediately noticed something wrong with the cover for the air filter: the hexagonal screws were missing and had been replaced with two common wood screws! He asked me who had recently worked on the car and I said " the dealer" (Lindsay Honda) and he recommended I take it back there. The first time I went to Lindsay Honda to ask them to look at it, I dealt with a "customer service rep" who immediately became defensive, tried to blame the problem on the Valvoline place and said he couldn't help me. I left, called the next day to talk to the service manager and made another appointment. When I went in the second time to speak to the service manager, he was very polite but completely refused to take any responsibility. When I asked why the problem hadn't been brought to my attention when I was there in February (since they would have seen it too, had it been done before that time), he said, " I wish I knew" and refused to even take responsibility for the oversight. He could have easily taken responsibility or at least offered a discounted service to keep me as a customer but did nothing. We have bought two cars from them and I have had all my major service done there. They have definitely lost a customer. More

I had been looking for a Ridgeline for about 1month prior to going to Lindsay Honda. After finding my ridgeline on their web page a decided to take a drive and check it out. My wife and I were greeted by Gen to going to Lindsay Honda. After finding my ridgeline on their web page a decided to take a drive and check it out. My wife and I were greeted by Gene Hall as we made our way around the lot. Gene was noted to be very knowledgeable and eager to help us. After a short test drive we made our way inside to try and come to an egreement to the purchase of the truck. I will say that in the end I was not unhappy with the price. I did attempt to go a little lower than the final price but I was comfortable where we ended at. I believe I received a fair deal on my truck! Sence the sale I can say Gene has been remarkable. I have spoke to Gene several times on the phone sence the purchase with questions and always am happy with the outcome. Gene has made it a priority to obtain items that were missing in my truck like floor mates and an owners manual. This was my first time dealing with Lindsay Honda and after this deal I will most certainly be back in the future and will recommend them to family and friends. More
I went to Lyndsay Honda because of the ad on tv about zero percent interest. They were very friendly and helpful. My experience with this dealer is extremely bad. The sales person is a real unprofessional guy. Instead of showing his inventory he was interested to get some information like my immigration status (as sales person is a real unprofessional guy. Instead of showing his inventory he was interested to get some information like my immigration status (as he assumed me as international guy). Due to this bad experience I did not go back to them while buying our next car. I'll never recommend Lindsay Honda to any one in my connection. More

Chris Feeny is probably the most friendly and good natured service person I've dealt with in the car industry. He makes you feel like you've known him for years and goes out of his way to make himself available or easy to contact if needed. The whole service dept. was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even washed my car without me asking. I love my Honda Accord and wouldn't trust it to any other service dept.
