I've been to two dealerships in chillicothe, and none of them has given me a service like lindsay honda has. I only have a couple of small issues, like the financing took almost 3 hours to get completed of them has given me a service like lindsay honda has. I only have a couple of small issues, like the financing took almost 3 hours to get completed, and they never told us the prices on the trade in, and the price of the car that we bought until we went into financing. I believe if my husband and I would have known the prices of our trade in values and the price of the car ahead of time, we wouldn't feel bombarded when we went into the financing department. Other than that, i feel that we have made a right choice in the car that we bought, and will hopefully feel the same within 5 years of owning a honda civic. If I had the choice to pick a dealership, I would still pick lindsay honda for the service, and to ensure that I am getting the best deal on my new honda civic. More
I purchased a 2006 Buick Rendevous. When I drove it home the entire under carriage rattled. I took it back and another salesman drove it and thought it was the CV joint. I talked with the sales manager and he said all they could do is have their service look at it at their cost. I took it to their service department and they found the entire exhaust system was loose and they tightened it. Then, a few weeks after that the gas cap light came on and the check engine light. I purchased a new gas cap but the lights still came on. I was told that the fuel light has a vacume leak. That will coat quite a bit if money I don't have. Also the battery/alternator light comes on. Also, when I opened the glove box it the door fell off. The door is being help on with duct tape. The drivers door had an air leak and Vic told me they could fix that. He never said another word about it. The door is not on correctly, ( must have been hit but the car fax said it had not been wrecked). Now it is leaking when it rains. I was also told I would get a full tank of gas when I left and I didn't get that either. This weekend we purchased a car, (NOT FROM LINDSEY) from Dennis Hyundai. They were great. They even worked it into our payment to have an extended warranty on the car and also we DID get a full tank of gas. I will never purchase from Lindsey again and will let everyone I know how bad my vehicle is and the bad service I received. They could have made this right for me and didn't. More
My brand new Honda Accord has now experienced two major mechanical failures. The last of which was caused due to human error. My vehicle broke down over 200 miles from home on the highway. I contacted this dealer, the one that last worked on the car, and the very same one that sold me the car, to help me and my family. They completely blew us off and would never return any phone calls. When we visited salespeople always intercepted us, to keep us from speaking to management. We were promised to be contacted and never were. We called on several occasions to speak to someone about our issue and we were repeatedly sent to a voice mail box. This voice mail box has a message asking to leave a message but never indicates who the voice mail box is for. Never once did we go in to the dealership angry or distraught. After repeated attempts to even just get a simple answer to some questions they have left my family and me feeling abandoned. I will never return to this dealership for any reason, and they will never get my or my families business again. More

I have purchased many automobiles in my life, and never had close to the positive experience that I had with Lindsay Honda. The sales representative, John Przybyl was great. He sat down and listened to wha had close to the positive experience that I had with Lindsay Honda. The sales representative, John Przybyl was great. He sat down and listened to what I was looking for and took about 30 minutes to make sure that we debated the pros and cons of different scenarios. He was upfront and honest with me about the different choices that I had. When Steve Lindsay stopped by, he was engaging and really personable to talk to about my options as well. It meant something to me that the business owner was onsite and working closely with his people to take care of their clients personally. It is the sign of a good business when the owners take such steps to see the business succeed. John showed me to a new CRV and we took a test drive. If you have not checked this SUV out, you are really missing the boat. The base model has so many options built in it, and the ride was the best of all of the SUVs I tested. We settled on a couple of options and I began to settle in for the part of the game I hate ... The negotiation phase. However, when John sat down with me he had drawn up price variations that all made great sense and fit within my budget. No negotiation necessary! I was astounded, and completely shocked at how much he had listened and in how easy they made the whole process. Everyone from the reception personnel through the financing personnel were so friendly and exceptional to deal with - I will not buy another car from anyone else. You should not either. Don't buy a car until you give these folks a chance! More
My wife and I had been looking for a new/newer Honda Odyssey for a few months and we just couldn't find anything we liked in our own area of Scott Depot, WV. I searched the internet and came across Lin Odyssey for a few months and we just couldn't find anything we liked in our own area of Scott Depot, WV. I searched the internet and came across Lindsay Honda where I found that they had a great selection of used Honda Odyssey's. We made the call (and I'm glad we did) to see one of their vans and was met by Victor Phillips. He never applied any pressure, was very cordial, and was extremely helpful in our experience there. He is the nicest salesman we have ever run across and I wish him only the best. We are very pleased with our new Odyssey and the service we received. I would recommend to anyone that wants to buy a new or used Honda to visit Lindsay Honda in Columbus, Ohio as their staff, selection and treatment of their customers is 2nd to none. I would buy another vehicle from them with no hesitation. More

I went to 3 other major dealerships in Columbus before I decided on a Honda and before I decided to check out Lindsay. As soon as we pulled up we were met by a really friendly guy, no awkward conversation or hammering me right away for what we were there to buy. It was refreshing! I am so pleased with our salesman, Alex Goode. He understood exactly what we needed and worked with us for hours until we found a car that matched and then worked to get us the price that worked with our budget (which was tight!). I couldn't be happier and I usually don't take time for reviews but this was by far, and next to dealing with my own father, the best sales experience we've had. We will be back and so will anyone who listens to my recommendations! More
