Wow, let me find words to give my experience with Lindsay Honda and the Sales the complete attention it deserves. Firstly, I live in Cincinnati, had my heart set on a specific make and model within a reason Honda and the Sales the complete attention it deserves. Firstly, I live in Cincinnati, had my heart set on a specific make and model within a reasonable price range. I have not so great credit and was becoming very discouraged as I had a decent amount of money to put down, but I was seen as someone who would not hold their end of their deal mainly because of my credit- a risk. Lindsay Honda not only dug deep into my financials and credit information to get me approved, but they were able to get me what I want instead of settling for something else. And it is a beautiful car, well maintained. I am very pleased so far. I want to elaborate a little further on my shopping experience. Not only was I being denied on loans, but I had to “chase” down the salesman just to find out what the decisions were. One dealership in particular where I live, Beechmont Toyota, Salesman, Ethan- don’t recall his last name, not once called me back, wrote me back. I made the trip there after I had called him all day providing information and he had already gone home. I guess he figured if my credit was bad, he couldn’t show enough decency to tell me I was not approved. In a COMPLETE contrast, Vic Phillips with Lindsay Honda was available and if he wasn’t, he was quick to call me back, write me back. Showed the attention I needed. He worked with me diligently to put me in my car. I know he gets his commission but it was in this case, very well deserved. I felt like leaving a tip! ;) He even stayed late beyond closing hours on Valentine’s Day because we were caught in snow and traffic. And not to mention, his professionalism, but he was laid back, easy to talk to, felt like an old friend because his personality is so likeable and he seems like an honest man. I think there are 2 types of salespeople: the ones who will do anything to make a sale, and the ones who have a passion for making a sale (whether it’s the product they are selling or whether it is helping people). He was just that, a passionate man trying to earn a living. And not to mention, he was devilishly handsome! ;) That’s for you Vic!! More

We came in to see what our options were as we were in the 3rd year of leasing a Honda Civic. We were over on our miles and wanted to see what our options were with either purchasing the Civic or buying a ne 3rd year of leasing a Honda Civic. We were over on our miles and wanted to see what our options were with either purchasing the Civic or buying a new car. The Civic is a great mileage vehicle. I drive 60 miles a day in my commute to work. We wanted a larger vehicle however. We like the Honda Accord Sport. We drove one and we loved it. We turned in the Civic and purchased the Accord Sport. We love the ride, configuration and room it has. This car is exactly what we were looking for. Kelly Davis and Kevin Shannon were awesome. They looked after us throughout the whole purchasing process. With the purchasing experience and your impeccable service department Lindsay is the only dealership that we consider and the only dealership we recommend. Shannon Kennedy made my purchase expedience very enjoyable. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, however , I can truly state that Shannon made my experience extremely comfortable because of enjoyable. Lindsay Honda recently provided my family with the best car buying/leasing experience we have ever had! Kevin Shannon was our salesman and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He listened to exactly what we were saying and helped explain all of our options in a clear and concise way. Honestly, words cannot express how impressed we were as we drove away on our new Pilot. At no point in time did we feel pushed or as though we were trying to be manipulated...not your typical dealership experience. We have bought/leased Hondas from two other Central Ohio dealership and they do not even compare to how we were treated by the team at Lindsay (Kevin, Ernie, Eric, and Katherine). Lindsay will always be the first place we go, and refer our friends to, in the future! More
I still can't believe I am giving a dealership 5 stars!! I needed to trade in my Ford Fiesta (great car) for something a bit roomier. I had the most HORRIBLE experience purchasing a car at Ricart ( stars!! I needed to trade in my Ford Fiesta (great car) for something a bit roomier. I had the most HORRIBLE experience purchasing a car at Ricart (NEVER shop there unless you like being treated poorly) and I was definitely not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process again. John Przybyl came up to me when I entered the dealership and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in looking at two CRVs, but sadly, both had been sold and there were no more available in the trim and color I wanted. John worked tirelessly with me to get me the trim I wanted, the color I wanted and at the price I wanted. And - no joke - I actually had FUN working with John. Best part of the story - it was his day off and he had just stopped in! After my experience at Ricart, I was nervous to ask for anything or negotiate and John told me "tell me what you want and I will do my best to get it for you. All they can do is say "no." I am so glad I listened to John! On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all the technology that went with it. He was able to answer every question I had and even took time to walk me thru the process of programming a few things so I was comfortable doing it on my own. At Ricart three different people were unable to show me how to use the stuff on my Fiesta. And Russ Stillwagon, the finance guy, had me laughing the entire time we did paperwork for my car (which did not take long at all!). Altho I plan to have my CRV a very long time, I am definitely going to buy all my future cars from Lindsay Honda (and hopefully John!) no matter where I am living! More
I found the exact vehicle that we wanted online. I called in and asked for used cars. Kelly Davis answered. Seemed like she would be a great sales person. Said she would sent me a report on the vehicle and have the car pulled up and ready for a test drive later that day. When we got there she was not even in the building. No one offered to help just told us to wait for her. .After 30 minutes of waiting we asked if there is any way someone can get the keys for us. We looked at the vehicle and decided to take it for a test drive. The sales manager decided to help us, he was extremly friendly. By that time Kelly came back and she didnt even know where the car was parked. We had to show her. There was a mechanical issue with the vehicle and the passenger side door handle would not work from the inside. Kelly assured us it had been through a full inspection and there should not be anything wrong with the vehicle. We told her we are very interested in the vehicle. They were going to check the vechile out the next day and then we can come buy the car. She called me once to tell me it might be done after 5. I said perfect let us know and we will be in. I never heard back from her. I tried calling multiple times, no call back. I left a message for her manager, no call back. It has been 8 days and no response. I guess we will not be buying a car from Lindsay. More
