Lindsay Honda recently provided my family with the best car buying/leasing experience we have ever had! Kevin Shannon was our salesman and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He listened to exactly what we were saying and helped explain all of our options in a clear and concise way. Honestly, words cannot express how impressed we were as we drove away on our new Pilot. At no point in time did we feel pushed or as though we were trying to be manipulated...not your typical dealership experience. We have bought/leased Hondas from two other Central Ohio dealership and they do not even compare to how we were treated by the team at Lindsay (Kevin, Ernie, Eric, and Katherine). Lindsay will always be the first place we go, and refer our friends to, in the future! More
I still can't believe I am giving a dealership 5 stars!! I needed to trade in my Ford Fiesta (great car) for something a bit roomier. I had the most HORRIBLE experience purchasing a car at Ricart ( stars!! I needed to trade in my Ford Fiesta (great car) for something a bit roomier. I had the most HORRIBLE experience purchasing a car at Ricart (NEVER shop there unless you like being treated poorly) and I was definitely not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process again. John Przybyl came up to me when I entered the dealership and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in looking at two CRVs, but sadly, both had been sold and there were no more available in the trim and color I wanted. John worked tirelessly with me to get me the trim I wanted, the color I wanted and at the price I wanted. And - no joke - I actually had FUN working with John. Best part of the story - it was his day off and he had just stopped in! After my experience at Ricart, I was nervous to ask for anything or negotiate and John told me "tell me what you want and I will do my best to get it for you. All they can do is say "no." I am so glad I listened to John! On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all the technology that went with it. He was able to answer every question I had and even took time to walk me thru the process of programming a few things so I was comfortable doing it on my own. At Ricart three different people were unable to show me how to use the stuff on my Fiesta. And Russ Stillwagon, the finance guy, had me laughing the entire time we did paperwork for my car (which did not take long at all!). Altho I plan to have my CRV a very long time, I am definitely going to buy all my future cars from Lindsay Honda (and hopefully John!) no matter where I am living! More
I found the exact vehicle that we wanted online. I called in and asked for used cars. Kelly Davis answered. Seemed like she would be a great sales person. No one offered to help just told us to wait for her. .After 30 minutes of waiting we asked if there is any way someone can get the keys for us. We looked at the vehicle and decided to take it for a test drive. The sales manager decided to help us, he was extremly friendly. By that time Kelly came back and she didnt even know where the car was parked. We had to show her. There was a mechanical issue with the vehicle and the passenger side door handle would not work from the inside. Kelly assured us it had been through a full inspection and there should not be anything wrong with the vehicle. We told her we are very interested in the vehicle. They were going to check the vechile out the next day and then we can come buy the car. She called me once to tell me it might be done after 5. I said perfect let us know and we will be in. I never heard back from her. I tried calling multiple times, no call back. I left a message for her manager, no call back. It has been 8 days and no response. I guess we will not be buying a car from Lindsay. More

I've been to two dealerships in chillicothe, and none of them has given me a service like lindsay honda has. I only have a couple of small issues, like the financing took almost 3 hours to get completed of them has given me a service like lindsay honda has. I only have a couple of small issues, like the financing took almost 3 hours to get completed, and they never told us the prices on the trade in, and the price of the car that we bought until we went into financing. I believe if my husband and I would have known the prices of our trade in values and the price of the car ahead of time, we wouldn't feel bombarded when we went into the financing department. Other than that, i feel that we have made a right choice in the car that we bought, and will hopefully feel the same within 5 years of owning a honda civic. If I had the choice to pick a dealership, I would still pick lindsay honda for the service, and to ensure that I am getting the best deal on my new honda civic. More
I purchased a 2006 Buick Rendevous. When I drove it home the entire under carriage rattled. I took it back and another salesman drove it and thought it was the CV joint. I talked with the sales manager and he said all they could do is have their service look at it at their cost. I took it to their service department and they found the entire exhaust system was loose and they tightened it. Then, a few weeks after that the gas cap light came on and the check engine light. I purchased a new gas cap but the lights still came on. I was told that the fuel light has a vacume leak. That will coat quite a bit if money I don't have. Also the battery/alternator light comes on. Also, when I opened the glove box it the door fell off. The door is being help on with duct tape. The drivers door had an air leak and Vic told me they could fix that. He never said another word about it. The door is not on correctly, ( must have been hit but the car fax said it had not been wrecked). Now it is leaking when it rains. I was also told I would get a full tank of gas when I left and I didn't get that either. This weekend we purchased a car, (NOT FROM LINDSEY) from Dennis Hyundai. They were great. They even worked it into our payment to have an extended warranty on the car and also we DID get a full tank of gas. I will never purchase from Lindsey again and will let everyone I know how bad my vehicle is and the bad service I received. They could have made this right for me and didn't. More
My brand new Honda Accord has now experienced two major mechanical failures. The last of which was caused due to human error. My vehicle broke down over 200 miles from home on the highway. I contacted this dealer, the one that last worked on the car, and the very same one that sold me the car, to help me and my family. They completely blew us off and would never return any phone calls. When we visited salespeople always intercepted us, to keep us from speaking to management. We were promised to be contacted and never were. We called on several occasions to speak to someone about our issue and we were repeatedly sent to a voice mail box. This voice mail box has a message asking to leave a message but never indicates who the voice mail box is for. Never once did we go in to the dealership angry or distraught. After repeated attempts to even just get a simple answer to some questions they have left my family and me feeling abandoned. I will never return to this dealership for any reason, and they will never get my or my families business again. More
