Last week , I took my 2022 Honda pilot in for a recall . When I pulled in to service , no one greeted me nor asked me what I needed done . Everyone at there desk just sits there and all they are all stuck up. They have so much time playing on there phones and just starring at people that pull in there cars . I finally got out of my car , no one approached me . I had to find someone , finally I went to a guy named Matt . Got my car all checked in for my recall work . They told me it was going to take 2-4 hours . I asked for a courtesy car so I didn’t have to wait that long . Matt told me he was going to text me or call me when it was finished . ( I brought my car in at 7am! ) I went on my way and I told him I’ll be waiting for his call. 4:30 pm rolls around . I call to check on my status of my vehicle . No one had a clue where my vehicle was so they had to find someone else in service to find my vehicle . Finally they found it and told me it’s been done !? Majority of the workers already left and Matt never called or texted me about my vehicle . They told Me to pick up in the morning because they were going to close soon . I was already mad because they didn’t let me know my car was done . So whatever , I came back the next morning picking up my paperwork and keys . I walk out to my car and noticed all the dirty had prints all my white pilot . I’m like , okay whatever I’ll run it to the car wash . Then I keep walking around my car and noticed my passenger door was open and it rained hard the night before !!!! then I looked inside my car and it was all messed up , someone broke into my car in the linsday Honda parking lot ! I had my dashboard pieces off of my car all thrown in the back seat , my car mats and my belongings was all tossed in the back seat , I see plastic pieces all over the front seats . I was a total disaster . I ran back inside and asked for a manager and asked them what happened. Service manager Danny came out to look at the car and take pictures of the mess . He told me this was unacceptable and that this shouldn’t of happened . He took my keys and swung my car back into the shop to fix everything . ( he didn’t even give me a chance to see what else was wrong with the car ) he told me to take the courtesy car back home and we will call and let you know when it’s done . I went home livid and unhappy ! 3 hours later service manager Danny calls me back to tell me what he found out about the car . He told me whoever worked on my car , someone passed away . I told him I understand things happen. But it’s unacceptable for my car to be all trashed . I know he lied because he couldn’t explain why my car was all trashed and why my passenger was left open all night long with a knife cute on my passenger door . Even if something happened in the family , why wasn’t my car taken car of ? Someone in service could of took over . Nothing he told me added up and I asked if they had cameras in the lot . They told me yes but they are fake !!!! Lindsay Honda has the worst customer service . I would never go back to that junkie rude place again . Please be aware ! More
Took my 2022 Honda CRV to get service for oil change . when they were checking the air filters they lost the bolt to air filter, housing unit and lied , and said it was rusty and broke off. Then I had the when they were checking the air filters they lost the bolt to air filter, housing unit and lied , and said it was rusty and broke off. Then I had the service advisor show me the other bolts and None of the other bolts were rusty, so then the service advisor said he had to order the bolt for the air filter housing unit because they didn’t have any in stock. So i called the parts department at Lindsay Honda and they plenty of them in stock . Be aware of shady service consultant, and shady service technicians. More
Mike Houston is outstanding! This is the 2nd time we have worked with him for a lease. He is helpful, friendly, and attentive. I just wanted to say thank you to Fernando who did everything he could to get my little brother a vehicle. You invested so much time to not only to make he left with a car but the car he dreamed of. My salesman, Curtis Paige, is the absolute BEST! !! He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. This is the second car we have leased from him. He's not pushy, he listens to our needs and wants. !! However, the finance guy was a bit on the rude side. We told him our maximum payment we could afford, he was trying ever other number but that one. Finally when he was tired of dealing with us he looked at Curtis and said " fine just make the deal", got up and walked away. As we sat there, I watched him work with other customers. He always got up shook their hands and said congratulations. Not us just walked away. As a return customer I did not appreciate that. More
I ave always gotten my Honda services at Lindsey or Germain. I've never had any complaints until now. On March 20th I had an appointment for oil change abd tire rotation. Not only did no one greet me right away when I arrived, when I was waited on (I had an appointment for 130 PM), the guy told me to go inside and wait, he did not do any of the things they normally do - top off fluids etc. At 2:36 PM I received a series of texts and emails suggesting I watch a video (when I did it was vague and I was unable to make sense of it), and it said my tech Matt R. would reach out to me shortly, eventually he told me I would need tires soon. I did not respond.....finally at 3:02 PM, bcz I continued to get texts and emails about this, I replied I was not buying tires today. At about 3:30 I walked over to the service area and saw them pull my car into a parking space on their lot, I have a handicap placard, yet they passed two empty handicap spaces and parked in the the first "regular" empty space instead. I then stood and watched while the tech stood and talked to two other techs for about 10 minutes. He finally messaged he was printing my paperwork...interesting as he could have been doing that while he chatted w/his co-workers. Lastly, I have 33,215 miles on my car, I don't need tires and won't need them soon. Honda has never tried to hard-sell me service/parts, tires etc. They've always been prompt, courteous and focused on their job(s). I understand if they're helping another customer, but standing around talking to others after I've waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous and poor customer service. Lastly, he verbally quoted me $64 and change, I never signed anything in advance as I normally do. Two other cars arrived after I did and pulled into the lane next to mine and were waited on before I was. There were three guys in my lane. Terrible service. More
I called yesterday April 6, 2023 to schedule an oil change. Honda was able to get my car in April 7, 2023. My son took my car in with the understanding that I was to get an oil change only. Manish, our representative approached my son when he arrive asking about an issue, B17, and if he wanted to have it fixed. Also, asked what phone number is associated with this car. My son agreed thinking Manish was referring to the oil change and gave him my number. Manish, did not quote a price or even explain that B17 has nothing to do with an oil change. After Honda texted a video explaining what they found, Manish called me asking what I wanted done. I agreed to have the filters replaced in addition to the oil change. Manish never mentioned anything about this B17 charge of over $200. He also asked if I brought the vehicle in. Not understanding what he meant by that, I told him yes. When all was complete, we get a bill for $517. All I asked for was an oil change and filters replaced. According to Manish, B17 cleans and replaces the brake fluid. Who does this? I've own multiple cars and never had this done. This is a 2021 Honda Accord. There is no reason to have this done to a car with only 17,000 miles. What have I learned by getting tricked by Honda and Manish? I will never have them do an oil change again. I will take my vehicle to Valoline who explains in detail what they recommend with price before taking action. Very disappointed customer. More

We purchased a Honda Odyssey from Lindsay Honda with the help of Derek Bible! Man, I couldn't speak more highly of him as a salesperson. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgable. He never came o help of Derek Bible! Man, I couldn't speak more highly of him as a salesperson. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgable. He never came off as pushy, and it was clear he wanted us to land in a vehicle we thought was right for us. He was friendly and helped pass the time while we were waiting for things to be finalized, and he even went so far as to follow up with us one the back end to see how things were going! 10/10 recommend More
