So much fun we bought two cars in one day! My wife and I've been buying cars from Lindsay/Honda East since 1989 so obviously we like how we are treated at all levels. We have now purchased 11 new and used Honda's all of which have gotten regular service at Lindsay as well. My wife wanted a new CR-V and David helped her choose trim level and was very knowledgeable about the car. It was also apparent that he was a lover of Honda's fast cars-S2000, Si, and the new to the US, Civic Type-R. So he and I chatted about my hearing that Lindsay was about to get an R at any moment. My interest in buying a 2017 Honda Type R was a particularly exciting experience with David Chomm texting me "It's here!" and then a photo of Lindsay's first Type R on the truck still covered in protective wrap. Surprising outcome I came into Lindsay Honda not wanting to trade my Honda but willing to explore options. I really liked my previous vehicle. Jason, How can I get you to do my taxes too? Jason called me when I was not considering getting another car, as I was happy with my CRV. When Jason called he said my car was needed and he could g Jason called me when I was not considering getting another car, as I was happy with my CRV. When Jason called he said my car was needed and he could get me into a newer model. I was confused as I felt Jason was asking for my car to be an organ donor for another car. However, he explained to me (as I did not realize) I was over my warranty miles and he gave me options to get in a 2017 model. I am always hesitant and rate car buying with root canals, but Jason encouraged me to come in and check my options. My new car was a higher payment that I was not thrilled about; however, after switching the cars on my insurance, my rate went down $40 (being a newer model). So essentially My payments are identical. Jason was professional and did not waste my time as he took my concerns about leasing coupled with my driving habits into consideration. Seriously, 13 yrs ago I called my Financial advisor as my Dad was out of town to make sure the deal was good. I have never had a bad car buying experience at Honda and never felt like I had to have my Dad with me. This is my fourth car with Honda and my first time working with Jason which was a pleasure. So thank you and I will see you in three years or 36,000 miles later Jason! Dan Fenton was also awesome! He helped me remove items from my car over to my new car and showed me all the features that my new car has. I asked a couple of really ignorant questions, but he realized I was tired and we laughed it off. I felt like I was taking up too much of his time, but he assured me I was not. It was really nice to feel like I gained a couple new friends in the process! Thank you to the both of you! More

I came in on a Thursday for an oil change for my leased 2016 Civic and w Mr. Youngblood did an amazing job and I am ecstatic with my new car purchase. I came in on a Thursday for an oil change for my leased 2016 Civic and was offered a deal to trade it in for a financed 2017 Accord. Since I am both young and female I was suspicious of the offer and asked for the rest of the day to think about it. He gave me an extra day than what I asked for which was very nice of him. When I came back with my partner, we had a huge list of questions and he went above and beyond with his answers. He was informative and willing to meet my needs. At the end I felt confident and comfortable with all of the information and help that he gave me. I am happy with my purchase and how everything went out. Overall a great, friendly and supportive experience with Mr. Youngblood. Thanks so much again! More
Not very organized, friendly or courteous My wife works at TSTech for almost 30 years. I'm not going to go into detail but let's just say that when we were there today already pre-financed for My wife works at TSTech for almost 30 years. I'm not going to go into detail but let's just say that when we were there today already pre-financed for 30K, we felt it should be easy. Pick the CRV you want, ask about the discount we'd receive would be and purchase the car. Instead when our sales guy comes out with another guy who told us that the only guy who worked the TSTech discounts was out till next Monday and that my wife should have gone into work and requested some paperwork, I responded that first of all my wife did go into the front office and they told her all she had to do was tell them she works for TSTech, that your telling me that at this campus you only have one guy who can tell you what the discount is? I asked are you telling me that it changes (the discount amount) in a daily basis, the guy who had come out with the sales guy actually had the nerve to ask me if I was being a smart elicit. Are you kidding me, you guys sell that many cars that this guy speaking on behalf of Lyndsey Honda really just said that. I should have slapped his bald head! Will make sure that the treatment we received makes as far up the corporate ladder as it can go. What I really feel bad for is my wife who hates confrontations, I asked the bald headed guy for his name and he wouldn't turn around and acknowledge me. Real class act! At the end of the day all you have is customer base and good name. Thanks More
