Our experience had not one negative.... from cleanliness of the buildings, ease in seeing examples of the color and type of vehicles we were looking for, test driving, and friendly staff without being overbearing. From a customer's viewpoint it seemed very well organized. Our salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer a multitude of questions, didn't pressure us and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. He also had a keen eye in evaluating and getting to know us which enabled conversations, at times, to be light-hearted and humorous but also serious when appropriate. More
