I walked away that day without purchasing the car because I wanted to talk with God and my family before making my first big purchase like this. I ended up coming back 3 days later to finalize everything and get me into a new 2017 Honda Civic. Otis is an amazing dealer. Mike was quick and efficient, he listened to our preference on interior as well as the vehicles color. We took a test drive where Mike thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. Once we finished our test drive, Mike was quick to get with financing to figure up monthly payments. He was very nice and kind, offering us beverages throughout the process.
