had my car towed on June 1. At that time the car had not been driven for 5 days. Matt S in service told me the car needed a thermostat even though it had not been driven since the thermostat had been put on been driven for 5 days. The a.c. wasn't working, Matt said it needed a compressor after I told him, on Monday I wasn't interested in any a.c. work. I believe I was charged eventhough he said he removed that charge. The price I was quoted on Tuesday was the same price I was quoted on Wednesday when I paid for and picked up the car. He lied about the thermostat so what reason do I have to believe that he took the charge off for the a.c. More
We are very disappointed in this dealership. We have bought 5 cars over the last few years she recommended our son to buy a pre-owner certified car. 5/16/2020 was my fIrst time to Lindsay Honda and I purchased a 2020 Ridgeline. I didn’t know who to talk to so I studied the seller reviews and Mike Houston’s name was mentioned the most with positive purchased a 2020 Ridgeline. He was the kindest most helpful person I could of of worked with. Made the easiest car buying experience possible. If you are looking for a new Honda, ask for Mike Houston at Lyndsay Honda. More
Real customer here. Ask for Selena if you're buying a used Honda! She was great! My only issue is with AJ in finance and he is the sole reason I will not give Lindsay 5 stars. AJ attempted to do a bait a used Honda! She was great! My only issue is with AJ in finance and he is the sole reason I will not give Lindsay 5 stars. AJ attempted to do a bait and switch with me. He lied and that lie is explained here in this review. AJ put GAP coverage into the deal after the deal was already worked out on the certified Accord I was buying. AJ was trying to force GAP coverage on me telling me my approved loan would no longer be approved if I decided not to buy GAP through the dealership! The cost was an additional $850. When I was going to walk out of the entire deal, AJ removed the GAP coverage and I was still approved at the same rate and terms from Honda Financial! Buyer beware of AJ in finance at Lindsay! More

Less than one week after I purchased my Honda Civic EX Hatchback, the check engine light was on for an emissions system problem. Despite having this car for less than a week, I still had to wait 2.5 hours at the service center just for them to tell me a part had to be ordered due to an EVAP system leak. I was promised expedited service upon taking it in, but was then told they had forgotten about my vehicle, hence the 2.5 hour wait. I have contacted the dealer to discuss my problems and despite leaving a message still have not heard back from them. I anticipate another 2.5 hour wait when the part comes in, if they ever call me..... Extremely disappointed in Lindsay Honda! Would recommend trying a different dealership. More
Liars or Just Incompetent Went into the shop due to my Check Engine light coming on in my Honda Accord, with no noticeable symptoms. The service rep called me later that day telling me that I needed a valve adjustment and new spark plugs. Total charge for these services was over $900. When I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was off, so I thought that the issue was resolved. Until...... Later that week the check engine light came on again, so I took it to Autozone to have the error code read. The code said that I was having a misfire on all cylinders, which was the same exact error that I had before having the services done, but there were still no identifiable symptoms (e.g. rough idle, acceleration issues, vibrations, cross-contamination between coolant and oil, etc.). I took it back in and they weren't able to find anything wrong with the vehicle and advised me to continue to drive the car normally until the light turned off and to come back if nothing had changed (still not issues other than the check engine light being on). Fast forward a week later and the light had not turned off, so I took it back into the shop. For various reasons, I was starting to become suspicious of their intentions, so I decided to test them by indicating that I would look to lease a new car if the repairs on my current car would be too major. They call me several days later to tell me that I had a blown head gasket and may have several cracked cylinder heads, which carried repair costs of +$2,000. The sales person that they connected me with offered me a trade in value of $500. When I refused their offer, they jumped three-fold to $1,500. I picked up my car, took it to Valvoline and they told me a new battery. Now I knew I couldn’t trust the service people at Lindsay Honda as far as I could throw them because it was obvious that they never conducted the multi-point inspection (which I paid for, but foolishly never asked for the results). Because if they had done those tests, then they would have realized that all I needed was a new battery. It has been over a month since I had my battery changed and the check engine light has not come on since. The people here are either totally incompetent or liars – I honestly don’t know which is worse; however, one thing is for certain: I will NEVER come back. Moreover, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from these duplicitous snakes. More
Do NOT purchase a used car from Lindsay Honda. My 18 year old son spent his hard earned money to purchase his first car and it is a lemon and they are doing nothing about it. It had to be towed to the dealership and they said it would cost almost $2,000 to fix it. They won’t do anything to help with the cost or fixing it. He has only had it since the end of October and hasn’t been able to drive it a lot of that time because of all of the problems! I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service and common decency. More

New Car Purchase Mondale was super easy to work with. We knew we wanted a Honda Odyssey. Mondale was knew his stuff about them. He met with us and asked us about our needs in our Odyssey. What did we need, what could we live without, Did we want top of the line or middle of the road etc. He even narrowed it down to what color interior and exterior. He brought us two options that were the same except for being different colors. We took it on a test drive and loved it. We decided to purchase. We worked a fair price for my trade and worked out a price. The whole process went pretty smoothly. My only complaint was that I was taking cash for my trade as opposed to applying it to my new purchase and no one was upfront about that process. Mondale was able to work that out for us. We walked out of there happy customers and will definitely return to work with Mondale in the future. More
