We sold a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox with 81,958 miles on it and offered a extended warranty that would have covered the problem. We gave you a three month or 3,000 mile warranty that covers major components at no cost to you. We checked your vehicle for the problems you had and could not get the back up camera to duplicate the problem. The radio was in working order when you picked it up. We did not charge for this service. We found the radio antenna had been damaged and not covered under warranty. We discounted the job for you as a good will for our customer.
