Oil Change & Tire Rotation While I was at work my husband took my car to get serviced. I received a call later in the day stating that after my husband had left the service cent While I was at work my husband took my car to get serviced. I received a call later in the day stating that after my husband had left the service center the car began to emit smoke and had to be towed back, all due to an oil cap that was not secured back on. While I really like this dealership I am highly disappointed by this mistake that could have resulted in damage to my vehicle. I expect the same care to be given to my car as is given to an employees car. I will return for service since this is the only incident I have experienced, but I expect this issue to be resolved and not happen again. More

I feel like I got ripped off , I purchased this car in the latter part of April and I made my first payment in June. And I am told in July that I need new tires and new brakes. I , I purchased this car in the latter part of April and I made my first payment in June. And I am told in July that I need new tires and new brakes. I roughly put on three maybe 4000 miles. I am not a new customer to Lima Auto Mall and I thought I would have been treated fairly. Now I question whether or not I’ll ever go back there. When I had the Cadillac, I was promised a free oil change. I got my oriole changed with the Cadillac and now with the equinox and I did not receive my free oil change. So yes I’ve been ripped off by Lima Auto Mall. More
