General Motors, depending on the vehicle purchased and whether it is new or certified, will often offer free services to the customer that is ultimately subsidized or reimbursed by the manufacture themselves. This can certainly vary from what it considered a high-line vehicle, such as a Cadillac to other automobiles like the Chevrolet Equinox. Unfortunately, this can also vary from year to year in what is offered and the accumulative services offered as well. As a dealership, we are at times disappointed as well in what we are able to offer with a vehicle as many times these services do get cut back just as they have in the last few years. While a surprise bill, from what is expected, is never a pleasant experience, we certainly want to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. To ensure that there is a complete understanding of the coverages that are offered and remaining on the vehicle that you purchased, we would like to encourage and offer time to sit down and collectively go over these features.
