excellent service center I bought my Pontiac Grand Prix in November 2007 and have always taken it back to the Lima Auto Mall for oil changes, new tires, and all other repairs. I've always felt that the mechanic who works on my car is an expert who knows their stuff and performs quality work. The people who work in the service center who you talk to when dropping off you vehicle for service are always very friendly and helpful. Seems like I usually speak with Eric Maenle and he always treats me like family. I hope he never leaves to go somewhere else. I've had my Grand Prix for almost 13 years and it still runs great. I hope to have it for many more years but when the time comes for a new car I will probably buy it from the Lima Auto Mall. The LAM ROCKS!!! More
