Finally figured it out and fixed the problem. Persistence paid off. Loose ground wear never hooked up properly during assembly of car. Oil Change This time it went smooth no hiccups, no misunderstanding in tones, and they have a female in service now. So that's awesome. I didn't buy my Cadillac from here and never would I. The staff is not very friendly, the only time they come smile in your face is to come tell you what they found in diagnostics and the price. Brought my wife’s car in for oil change. The dealership we bought it from gauged her for $136 dollars last time on unnecessary work. None of that here.
