We did a lot of research and it came down to a Chevy 3500 or a Ford F450. And if we were going to trade up, it had to be a red one and it had to have all the bells and whistles I wanted. I searched online and not only was yours the closest red one to me in the country, it had everything I wanted. When I called to inquire about it, I was fortunate to be connected with your employee Ryan Swaney. Now, I`m going to guess you have a bunch of great guys there, but I can`t begin to tell you how delighted and pleased I am to have worked with Ryan. He probably spent what amounted to hours on the phone with me. He spoke with knowledge and intelligence not only about his product but about the competitor`s product. He helped us make a decision that we wanted to make anyway. Honestly, it was easier than buying a Saturn with their “no haggle” car buying program. I explained to Gerry what I was looking for, where my financing had to be and not only did they meet but EXCEEDED my expectations in every aspect. I had to drive quite a distance (about 3.5 hours) to pick up the vehicle. The car was cleaned up and ready when I arrived, the paperwork was ready to be signed, and I was back on the road in under an hour. The whole experience was just fantastic!
