He was very helpful, and was able to give me a reasonable preliminary offer on my trade-in sight unseen, making it worth my time to visit the dealership an hour's drive from my home. We were able to (painlessly) negotiate a very good deal in a very short time, even though it was close to closing time. Rick Jones and Aaron Brougher stayed late to close the deal, and to Aaron's credit there were no high-pressure tactics to purchase extra items at closing. Rick then took even more time to explain the OnStar system to us before we left. This was the best purchasing experience I've ever had at a car dealership, new or used. We found Lima Auto Mall through a listing on Ebay Motors and decided to make the drive from Indianapolis, IN to look at 2 Chrysler vans. Rick had the van ready for us to look at and drive when we arrived in the morning. The van was missing some floor mats, headphones, remote, and user manual. Rick located everything but the user manual, and said he would source and ship that to our home address. Rick and Aaron (Financing) were both patient with our 2 young children during the whole process. While everyone would always love to pay less, I feel that we got a fair, straightforward price with great customer service. I would definitely use Lima Auto Mall, and especially Rick Jones, again!
