This is the first time I bought a vehicle from Lima Auto Mall and was very impressed with my salesman Dan Cherkas. Dan was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at and tech savvy of the options Mall and was very impressed with my salesman Dan Cherkas. Usually good, but this last service I was extremely disappointed. They did not look at everything I requested and instead said "We went through the 21 points."
