We recently purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave from Dan at this dealership. We found in talking to him about the vehicle he was very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The wait was not unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Only problem I had was that my husband came with me for the service on my Cadillac and ended up buyi unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Everyone I encountered were friendly and or professional. I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile m I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile mark I would hit this summer and also get some quotes for some new tire options to do this summer also. It didn’t go as I had hoped it would as the interaction at check in seemed a bit rushed or scripted so I didn’t really get any service recommendations/quotes and I didn’t even bring up the tire quote at that point. But the service was quick and I got the things done that I originally asked for. On the way back home I noticed that I had a check engine light was on. I was too far away to turn around. Luckily I had recently purchased a code reader and got to try it out for the first time. I was able to reset the code and the engine light went away. It didn’t give me the greatest feeling of quality of work, but I know sometimes things happen. Overall, though, I felt like I could have just gotten this service done at an oil change shop in my hometown since I didn’t quite get all the info I had hoped to this trip. But everything checked out fine from the multi point inspection and they washed the car for me so it wasn’t a total loss. More
