Received an apology Wednesday and was told I’d have the info. Silence all day. Checked the site today and the vehicle has increased by roughly $4,000. And dealers wonder why people loathe car shopping. Will be taking my business elsewhere. More

They pawned me off to another sales rep that was Hispanic because they assumed I spoke Spanish due to my last name. I was told this car was a lease, but it was really bought at an auction. No one I spoke with was trustworthy or told the truth. They wouldn’t even provide me with business cards. I came in to purchase a vehicle that when I test drove it, had a check engine light on. Not only did this dealership try and tell me nothing was wrong with the vehicle, they refused to tell me what the code was that caused for the check engine light to come on. I scanned the vehicle myself, of course the engine had issues. What mechanic checked this vehicle and did not address the check engine light was too bizarre for me. To top it off, instead of offering to fix the issue of the vehicle, they tried to sell me two pieces of complete junk. Sorry, no thanks! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!
