I was trying to buy a 2019 ProMaster Van that was sold out from under me while he “checked” with his manager on waiving fees associated with paying cash and just stopped responding. Complained to the manager and interested in a different 2020 - I was forced to work with the same associate. Horrible experience. Paperwork wrong. Buying a van sight unseen should have been easy. Finally - he delivered the van and did not bother paying the toll leaving me with $155 ticket. Again be NOR the manager bothered responding at all. Terrible experience and service. More
