Passing by I saw a truck I liked, stopped in they gave me a price I agreed and went to pick up my trade in... I arrived at 430pm they took the trade in to be looked at and I took the prospective new truck on a price I agreed and went to pick up my trade in... I arrived at 430pm they took the trade in to be looked at and I took the prospective new truck on a test ride , we agreed on numbers and at 530 I said where do I sign... The salesmen Jason (who was great) helped me transfer my belongings into the new truck, switched the insurance, blah blah blah now at 730 pm they say there was a mix up and that truck was 8 grand more and were so rude about their "mistake" I fought for over an hr about it and they refused to honor the deal we made I looked it up and the book value was the original price not $8000 more that they were asking ... THEY ARE BAIT AND SWITCHERS, THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUISNESS!!!! I wasted 4.5 hours of my Friday night and a tank of gas on these scam artists More

Anthony knew when to help me out, and knew when to give me my space...that was the main reason I wanted to give him my business - that's a hard balance to find at a dealership these days. I was only there for a few hours...everyone I met was friendly and thankful for my business. They gave me a great price for my trade in...the monthly payments might be a little high, but then again it is my very first lease without much credit (I'm 23.) I'll definitely be trading up here when my lease is over! More
As a new owner of a pre owned Dodge purchased at a different dealership, I was treated like I was a return purchaser from Liccardi. Mr. Ventura took the time to review the service history of my car when it was discovered that it was originally purchased there and serviced there. I was made to feel that my buisness was important to them and that my experience with them and my car were great. Even as I waited for my service to be completed the sales staff were friendly and attentive to my son and I as we checked out the new Dodge line up. Needless to say I will be back for further service as needed. More
My family needed a extra truck so but nothing new so we bought a range rover from them .... The transmission was shot and we def notcied it the 3rd day......we didnt think much of it the firs 2 days cause bought a range rover from them .... And car wouldnt go foward...... We brought it rigth back to them and they said they couldnt figure it oit due to not knowing about these vehicles so it has to go to land rov , land rover gets car and says , yes it is the power train kbut liccardi. Say.s its not , this is coming from ppl who deal with these cars every day and liccardi says they dont consider this part , part of the power train , these ppl had to send it to land rover cause they didnt know anyting aout the car and they r saying land rover is wrong? What???? Anyway. Law.yer has been cotacted ..... They wont take out calls any more , they all act stupid ........ Anyway moral of story. Is please do not buy from these ppl , total scam artists !!!!!!,! More
I came in to look at new cars and although skeptical about the dealership and some of the reviews I had seen, ended up pleasantly surprised. I met James as I was walking in to the dealership and thought about the dealership and some of the reviews I had seen, ended up pleasantly surprised. I met James as I was walking in to the dealership and thought - here we go, high pressure salesman walking my way. Upon introducing himself, he actually stopped and listened to me and my needs. Within 30 minutes James had found the exact vehicle, within the guidelines of my budget and needs. We worked out the final price and he went to the desk for approval. He came back within a few minutes with his desk manager who simply came in to congratulate me on my purchase . James came back and explained the process going forward in regards to paperwork and the finance department. When I finished in finance, ( where no numbers changed or anything ) I was again met by James, who brought me to my new vehicle and gave a proper demonstration of my new vehicle. It is clear to me now not to base everything on a review. I have recommended Liccardi and James to both friends and family. More

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and found one on the dealer web site that looked pretty good and was within budget and only had 85k miles. I called the sales center and asked the basic questions on the dealer web site that looked pretty good and was within budget and only had 85k miles. I called the sales center and asked the basic questions one would ask before driving 30 minutes. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle looked pretty good however the interior was nothing like described on the phone and appeared that a homeless person was living inside. I left the dealership and received a call from sales the following day. The salesman said he agreed that the interior was pretty bad and said he could have it cleaned if I were to give them a $50 deposit that could be applied to the price if I purchased the vehicle. He went on to say that he took it for a ride and it was pretty solid but there was a problem with the brakes. The good news was that they found the problem (leaky brake line) and that the cost of this repair could be added to the price. I told him that I could not buy a car without a test drive and I refused to drive one with a known brake issue. He tried to sell me on other cars but I managed to get him off the phone and I never called or spoke with them again. I continued to get calls with no message from the dealership for about 5 days pretty much every hour on the hour. Horrible customer service! Horrible quality of the prep of that vehicle for resale! More
