However, then there is the matter of my experience with the dealership, “hidden” dealer fees, and an incredibly abrasive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional attitude by several floor staff. Hidden dealer fees: fees that were not disclosed in the actual pricing of the vehicle and also not specified on the purchase agreement; the advertised price simply “jumped” to the new price.
