It was easy to make the appointment on Liberty's website and they informed us that we could drop off our hybrid car by putting the keys in a lockbox at their location. I was concerned that the age of our car (16 years) and its mileage (273000 miles) would trigger a recommendation to scrap the car but they found the issue, notified us of the cost, and promptly repaired it. As the prevalence of hybrid and electric cars is increasing, I hope that Toyota is working hard to make sure that all its technicians are certified to maintain and service these types of vehicles.
