I loved my experience at Liberty because James (Fitz) was so knowlegeable about all the cars in which I was interested. I had a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD that was totalled when I was hit by a drunk driver. I was hit on the drivers door and the sliding door behind it, all of the drivers side airbags deployed, a totalled when I was hit by a drunk driver. I had 84,000 miles on that Sienna and all of the regularly scheduled service completed at Liberty Toyota. The car was in good condition and I had planned on keeping it for years to come. After learning that the car was beyond repair, there was no doubt that I would replace it with nothing but another Sienna. Misha, our sales consultant, was a pleasure to work with. He showed us the different types of Siennas on the lot and explained the differences as far as the features and different packages that were available. When we decided on a Sienna SE, we were offered a very fair price and the deal was done. Misha was patient with us as we made our decision as to which Sienna to purchase and his knowledge of the different models was excellent. Dealing with him brought a pleasant end to an unfortunate and unexpected situation. More
