Liberty Toyota had a large selection of cars and was the only dealer in the area that had the model and color car that we were looking for. I was apprehensive about buying a new car because it's portrayed as a very stressful process. After doing my research online and narrowing down what I was looking for Liberty Toyota seemed like a viable portrayed as a very stressful process. I walked in the dealership on Labor Day 2010, which was extremely busy, and received immediate service from Lan Cain. I was looking for a Toyota Highlander and one in particular caught my eye. Lan very diligently gave me the keys and told me to "get a good feel for it," which I did! After going over the numbers there were some concerns, but after working with Lan, the Sales Team and the Finance Department we were able to make things work. My tags were received in a prompt fashion and the service department was very efficient in a few minor problems I had from the start. Overall Liberty Toyota has been a great experience and I'm sure I'll be back again! More
