I went into service my 2007 sienna for battery/electrical problem and ended up with a 2011 camry. My dad purchased one as well! He was very friendly and kind, and after having a terrible experience with another dealership, I decided to come to Liberty Toyota, which happened to be rig very friendly and kind, and after having a terrible experience with another dealership, I decided to come to Liberty Toyota, which happened to be right next door. It was 15 minutes before they were supposed to close so I honestly didn't expect that much, but I was instantly greeted and helped in a way I wasn't at the other dealership. I was asked if I wanted coffee or water and all of my worries with financing my first car were taken care of. I can not express enough how truly grateful I am to Michael and Peter in financing. Craig was not only extremely knowledgeable about the cars at Toyota but he was very clear in explaining why Toyota was the best choice when comparing their fleet of cars to their competitors. Met Dave Smith on my initial visit and spent an hour or two reviewing various models and I advised him that I was waiting until I had approval from my employer to purchase. Did not buy at this visit. Dave followed up a couple of weeks later with a telcon to confirm status. Did not contact me again till I called him about 5 months later and made the appointment. We reviwed everything again and about 4 hrs after my arrival was able to drive off the lot with the new car. The sales experience was excellent and no high pressure tactics were used.
