The Venza Radio is the only problem I've had and it is the lack of station readability when in bright sunlite. We went in just to get information but left satisfied new vehicle owners. We were met at the front door by our salesperson James. He was very friendly and actually listened to our desires. But this being a sales oppertunity James also kicked in the non pressured sales protocal and we started looking at what they had on their lot. I had previously done some research into what I wanted to buy and when I saw what I had researched on the lot I said why not see what type of deal I could get. We (my wife and I both)test drove the vehicle and agreed it was very nice, more than we wanted but still nice. James showed us more of the vehicle that we didn't notice and it got even nicer. We went into the dealership and sat and discussed options, had my trade in assessed and priced out the vehicle. First price was ok but not in our price range, but toyota financing worked their majic and after some bartering we were able to make the deal. All done WITHOUT any pressure. The financing person worked very well and found alternate ways to get the deal done. We love the 2011 Toyota Tacoma we are riding in. Thanks More

I came into the dealership simply looking to maybe get some prices and explore my options when it came to getting myself a new/pre-owned car from Toyota. I never expected to leave the dealership with a car let alone the car I left with. I am absolutely floored by their customer service and their eagerness to make a deal with customers. I had been to another dealership before, and being I guess that I come off as young and I was "just shopping around" I didn't feel like the people helping me were taking me seriously. This place, however did and I appreciated that more than I think they understood. This was the first big "adult" purchase I'd ever be making and I was all kinds of stressed out over it. I didn't feel pressured at all and I left there with an incredible car (Scion xB 7.0 Release series). Big shout out to Mikey DeLaRosa...he's the man!!! More
After finding a vehicle I wanted on the website, my fiance made some phone calls to the dealer and was put with David Smith. Saturday morning, my fiance and I flew from Kentucky up to Philadelphia, then rented a car to drive on to the dealer. Because it was a Saturday, they couldn't guarantee availability for someone to pick us up at the airport, so they reimbursed us the car rental fee. David was nothing but great during the process of us looking the car over, trying to do what he could considering we were from so far away, and in giving us time to discuss things before making a final decision. The paperwork process with Pete was easy, and even when there was an error on the contract discovered a few days later, he simply notified me he was overnighting a new one to sign. Overall, my experience could be graded an A. More

Then coming into to the Liberty Toyota Scion Dealership, i struck some luck. I want to find a car with Navigation system and without sunroof so i got the silver metalic Venza. The price I got for it was better than most that i have been offered. The service was outstanding! Misha, my sales representative, was very pleasant and accomodating.
