Service was for recall and no additional charges were incurred. Vehicle was returned clean. Gas tank was empty (gauge on E)which was not how the vehicle was dropped off originally. Some work was not completed ie tail pipe hanger not hooked up and trailer electrical connector screws started but not screwed completely in. I completed both. Makes me wonder what else is not complete. More

I have purchased many cars over the past 26 years, but have never received as much attention or helpfulness as I did in my recent purchase at Liberty Toyota. The salesman, Misha, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous during the negotiation process, my many questions, final purchase, and follow-up to this transaction. I thought that the final price for the car, and for my trade-in was fair, and really appreciated that they added a full one-year maintenance package for free, as well as a reduced price for an extended warranty. The car was well-maintained, well-cleaned, and the gas tank was full upon purchase, and also when I picked it up again after they sent it out for an upgrade to leather interior. That, too, was done impeccably, as prommised. This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Liberty Toyota, and Misha to any and all prospective buyers. Stephen Matteo More

The monment we stepped into the building we were met by Patrick Bradley who asked how he could help us. He was very informative and never tried to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Boonsong detailed the car again and was involved in the process with Patrick to ensure we were happy. They also helped entertain our kids while were testing the different cars. Since I moved to NJ 8 years ago, I have bought 3 cars from 3 different dealers and even though Liberty Toyota is over an hour drive from my house, I will being going back there for all future purchases. These guys went above and beyond what any team has done for me in previous car purchases and their actions backed up their words. Most dealers give you lip service and act like they know what is best for the customer. These guys listened and then made the request happened.
