We found the best price and selection at Toyota in Burlington. My husband and I have been in many different dealers in last couple of years and met different sales people, we think that Jeffery Noll i Burlington. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter. After a lot of "window shopping" the previous day, we narrowed the search to two vehicles; both at liberty. One was a Kia and the other was the Scion we purchased. It was snowing that day and we called about an hour prior to our arrival and were told that both vehicles would be cleared of snow when we arrived. They weren't - which was the only negative about our visit. We chose the vehicle we were going to purchase and a deal was quickly struck. Tito was knowledgeable overall about the vehicle and knew about warranty and financing information. Lydianne in financing was also very knowledgeable about all facets of her area as well. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Liberty Toyota. We have found their selection and prices to be very competitive with other dealers in the area and would not rule out purchasing other vehicles from them. More
We originally went to Liberty Toyota for a free Autotrader estimate for the sale of my wife's car, as we were planning to purchase either a Rav-4 or Ford Escape at other dealers. When we got there, Milt Ortiz worked with us and asked us questions about the type of vehicles we were interested in, in casual conversation. We mentioned that if we were going to purchase a Rav-4 we were looking at an AWD XLE Rav-4 in Red. When Milt later said he had a surprise for us we didn't know what to expect, but then he pulled up with the exact vehicle we were looking for next to my wife's trade. Milt and Chris Bennett then came through with a great price for the vehicle and, perhaps even more importantly, for my wife's trade, which my wife was already sad to part with after over 10 years of ownership. We had done a ton of internet research and competitive shopping. Getting a great value on her trade meant that she didn't feel she was just throwing the car she had had for so long away. In fact, Chris continued to work on the value for the trade while we waited to decide whether we were going to buy the Escape or Rav-4 and was able to get a few more hundred dollars for it. Continued work to earn our business became a theme as when we came back to purchase the vehicle, they kept to the verbal prices that Milt had given us. When we pre-qualified for financing and leasing, the starter rate was higher than we wanted to pay. When we got to Lynn in finance for our official approval, they were able to get the financing rate in half. We came back to the dealership a few days later, and it turned out that Lynn had continued to work for us and had obtained another rate .5% lower from another lender, which got us an even better bargain. They also gave us a great value on the Toyota ExtraCare Warranty - and you know that must be true because I typically detest buying extended warranties for anything. All in all the whole team displayed the willingness to continue to do more even when they technically did not have to, just to make us happy and 100% confident in our purchase. This is our first Toyota, and while we will probably keep it for a long time, we'll look forward to going back to Liberty for our next purchase. More
My wife and I went to Liberty Toyota today (3-25-2013) intending to trade in our used 2009 Corolla. Carl was personable, dignified, patient, and very knowledgeable. He exuded confidence. I give Carl 5 points on all counts because showed remarkable professionalism. He could answer our many questions. Carl was courteous and a likable chap. He made my wife and I the center of his attention until our deal was closed and we drove away very pleased with our new car. I would recommend Liberty Toyota to any of my friends who are shopping for a new car. I will also recommend that they seek to have Carl attend to their needs. Our experience at Toyota has always been good, but this was our first purchase of a new car. I am glad Carl was there because he helped make the process enjoyable. More
