My experience with Liberty Toyota was excellent. The hassle free process was what I had hoped for. Tito is an exceptional sales representative and an asset. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and hassle free process was what I had hoped for. Tito is an exceptional sales representative and an asset. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the buying process to me from beginning to end. His patience was greatly appreciated while he taught me to use the bluetooth and touchscreen. He is honest and it is apparent that he cares about satisfying his customers. THANK YOU TITO BALTODANO!! More
We leased our 2011 Toyota Camry from Dave Smith and at the time we were very satisfied. When the opportunity arose to turn in our 2011 Toyota for an early termination on the lease my husband and I stoppe the time we were very satisfied. When the opportunity arose to turn in our 2011 Toyota for an early termination on the lease my husband and I stopped by to see Dave and to see what he could offer us. As with our first lease, Dave was thoroughly informative without taking up a lot of our time. He gave us a great deal and has the ability to not make you feel pressured. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car.p More

We are giving this rating because of all the issues we are having now and how everything is being blamed on us. This was a trade in of our old lease of a 2011 Sienna Minivan and a new lease of a Sienna Mi are having now and how everything is being blamed on us. This was a trade in of our old lease of a 2011 Sienna Minivan and a new lease of a Sienna Minivan, when I spoke with Nick on the phone I told him that we were looking to lease a new Sienna LE Minivan in the color Sand I asked him if they had that one in stock and he said yes they did and they had about 15 sienna's on the lot but when we got there we went to look on the lot and there were only 3 that we had to choose from needless to say there weren't and in the color Sand so I had to choose from 3 colors which I did not really like and because we had to watch the price we had to pick off of the lot. According to the salesman he asked us who was going to be Primary on the lease and we said it was going to be my husband so that would make me secondary especially because both of our names have always been on the leases. We had told the business manager to make sure that my name (wife ) was going to be on the registration because the license plate which is a handicap on is in her name. We even gave the business manager one of the original registration cards that we had for the van that we were turning in and he attached it to the file and made some notes on the folder. It took the registration 2 weeks to come in and my husband had to go pick it up from the dealer, when he got home and we went to sign the new registration cards we realized that only my husbands name was on it. I called the salesman right away and when we got a phone call back we were told that there was nothing that they could do because my name (wife) was not on the lease and it had been 2 weeks since we signed the papers. After that I received a message from the salesman saying that they had paperwork that both myself and my husband had signed stating that my husband was going to be the only one on the registration, I went through all of the paperwork that we had gotten that night for the new lease and we do not have any paperwork with both of our signatures on it stating to only put my husband on the registration. On Monday April 22,2013 I sent an email to the salesman Mr. Baltodano regarding his voicemail where he stated that he asked who was going to be primary on the lease and regarding not having a copy of this paperwork that he said we had signed and I asked him to mail me a copy of this said paperwork. Today is April 25,2013 and I have not gotten a response from Mr. Baltodano. This whole issue with my name(wife) not being on the registration is personal and there are personal reasons why I am making a big deal out of my name not being on the registration. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied, we have been Loyal Toyota Customers for over 13 years and so have all of the members of our families and the Sienna that we had just turned in was a 2011 Sienna LE with only 12,000 miles on it. There was no damage, no accidents this van was in almost brand new condition. I will never go back to Liberty Toyota to lease/buy a vehicle and neither will any of my family. It is like this whole incident is being said that it is our fault for not double checking to make sure that the paperwork before being sent in had the right information on it even though we gave all of the information and even though the registration took 2 weeks to come in, if it had come in sooner maybe something could have been done. I have many health issues and stress exacerbates some of my conditions and this whole thing has been so stressful and I have been very sick. I received a phone call today 4/26/13 from PennDOT stating that they got the information for registering the new van but they saw that neither the lease or registration had my name(wife ) on it. That is a problem because the License Plate is a Disabled Person License Plate and it is in my name - wife. They said that it is illegal to keep it the way we have it. I called and spoke with Anthony the Used Car Manager and after getting information from PennDot , his response was that there wasn't anything they could do, that they would rather pay a ticket then to have to redo all the paperwork. I told him that I would not do that because leaving it like it this is illegal. He then said that he didn't understand why I was making such a big deal about my name going on the lease and that yes it was my fault that everything is like it is he said I should not have waited the 2 weeks to say anything and that I had just changed my mind about going on the lease. that is not the case. We did not get the registration for the van for 2 weeks, and that was after we called Liberty because they never called us to tell us that it had come in. It was only then that we realized the problem. Anthony then went on to tell me that he did not understand why I was making such a big deal about this and that there was something I wasn't saying about why my name had to go on it. Anthony then went on to say that we are married and in his marriage some things are in his name and some things are in his wife's name and that is how we should do it. What I do between my husband and myself is none of his business and I really got offended when he said that to me so I hung up the phone he had me so mad. The night we were there we were told that everything as far as the registration would stay the same, they had a copy of the old van's registration and they said both names would be on it and not to worry. Now they are twisting everything around and making everything our fault and they did nothing wrong. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO EITHER. More
