Several months ago I placed positive review. Unfortunately have to update it and I think that my relationship with this establishment just ended. Purchased two my cars here and leased other fou Unfortunately have to update it and I think that my relationship with this establishment just ended. Purchased two my cars here and leased other four. On top of this I did most of my services there. Recent service experience left me no choice. Came to service my car last Saturday. Oli change, tire rotation multipoint inspection nothing major. Monday while I was driving to work I noticed excessive vibrations when I tried to brake ( i had my breaks done less than half a year ago). I came back to dealer. I was told that rotors and break pads needs to be replaced because aftermarket break pads damaged the rotors. I told them that everything was fine day before service. On top of it multipoint inspection done during service doesn’t mention that breaks needs to be done. I asked what happened that 2 days after breaks needs to be replaced? Answer was - total coincident. I had two options pay 200$ diagnostic fee and walk away or do breaks for 630$. Ended up paying for repair. But dealer ended up loosing the client. More
