Car Shopping I am writing to support the outstanding review ratings listed above, specifically with regard to the salesperson who assisted me, Mr Jeff Wangerin. I had visited at least 6 dealerships throughout the county and had encountered salespeople with various degrees of professionalism, but Mr. Wangerin's attentiveness and courtesy stood out. He took time to answer all of my questions concerning the specifics of the two vehiches that interested me. Also, he assisted me with the difficult task of discovering which options (sales vs. leasing) would best meet my needs and listened patiently to all of my "what if" scenarios, never dismissing any of my queries as "silly" or irrelevant. In addition to the standard questions potential customers must have regarding car sales, I had a few unique ones----such as dimensions of cars, specifically, how it compared to the car I was planning to replace . Mr. Wangerin instantly found the answers I needed through one of the custom computers; but if the results weren't handy, I have every confidence he would have procured a measuring tape! Last, but not least, Jeff was extrememely responsive and respectful. He answered my questions in the most timely fashion and continued to do so even the day after I drove the Subaru home. I had postponed my decision to buy/lease a car longer than I should have as I dreaded the experience of car shopping. I am delighted to say that Mr. Wangerin did not, in any manner, make that old cliche a reality. More

I ended up getting a brand new 2014 Subaru Outback Premium with moon roof package, and I absolutely love it. The dealership had a very friendly atmosphere. When I walked in, the salesman, Jeff Wangerin, was extremely friendly and immediately asked if he could help me with any information. He then spent a good 20 minutes explaining the forester and the outback which were the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I told him I wanted the outback, 6 cylinder, and he immediately knew what was available and directed me towards one which was at a port but would be in the dealership within days, but 2 weeks at most I believed him and asked he give me a good price on the vehicle, which he did. I told him I would let him know my decision within hours and left the dealership. Approximately 1 hour later I called and asked him to give a me an additional few hundred dollars off the price quoted to me and I would purchase the vehicle. He advised he needed to speak with the manager, but would call me back right away, which he did, I then went back to the dealership and signed all the paper for the purchase. Within 2 weeks he called me to advise the vehicle was in and made an appointment for me to go and take delivery of the vehicle. After everything was signed he brought me to the vehicle and spent a lot of time introducing us to the various workings and operation of all the features. Jeff Wangerin, the salesman I dealt with is in my opinion a very sincere, and honest salesman who doesn't seem overbearing as many salesman are. My son who has a Subaru, and gets his service at liberty Subaru was very satisfied with the service dept and I as a purchaser am very satisfied with the sales dept. More
