The wait for delivery (though not the dealerships fault) was much longer than I cared to wait and Kevin and the sales team worked with me to upgrade my purchase for a vehicle on the lot and kept me within my budget. That was exceptional service. I made my initial purchase on July 11 and took delivery on the 25th. I'm still waiting for someone to say "thank you for your business." Subaru's success if definitely impacting the level of customer service I had come to expect. In my three visits to the dealership not once was I offered a beverage, or introduced to the manager. Those are nice touches that are missed with the increased sales volume. Would i return, you bet. Would I recommend them, of course. Though a thank you would be appreciated. More

Jeff is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not your typical obnoxious sales person who you want to punch in the face. I will be purchasing my own Subaru in the next year or two and Jeff will be the first person I contact. Tom was the finance person we dealt with and again another staff that I have nothing bad to say about. He probably hates our guts for turning down the extended warranty, but I told my parents to give him a call in case they change their mind before the 3 years limited warranty is up. More

Tremendous service We had a problem with our Subaru overheating in Massachusetts. A not so reputable service technician tried to tell us we needed a $1500 head gasket. I We had a problem with our Subaru overheating in Massachusetts. A not so reputable service technician tried to tell us we needed a $1500 head gasket. I called Bob at Liberty and he told me to put water in the radiator and bring it to him . Bob replaced the radiator, and we saved $1200. Our 2001 Outback now has 155K miles, We service it at Liberty every 5K miles. I ask Bob to check for anything we may need to repair, they are very honest, and most times we don't need to do anything. I think they are the most honest dealer in the country. We have a 2012 Outback and I ordered the new 2015 Lagecy seden from Clayton, he is great. Larry More
