Not only was he knowledgeable but so enthusiastic and personable, I feel like I made a friend for life. I met him when I was there getting my old Legacy serviced. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks before I ordered. He got me a great price, kept me updated and seemed to really share in my own delight at owning this amazing car. Bob in service is awesome also. This is my family's 7th Subaru from Liberty, and we get them serviced there also. Bob always makes me feel like he takes my concerns seriously. I have been to other mechanics that make me feel like they think I am just a dumb woman. Bob never makes me feel like that. He is truly the best. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Even though they have grown over the years, they still retain that small company feeling. I have been and will continue to be their customer forever. I order my vehicle in May 2014 and received it during the last week of October. Dan Meola you are amazing. Being able to beat the other dealerships price for my vehicle on a phone call was an “AWE” inspiring experience. Even though Subaru (in Cherry Hill) was not honoring my VIP discount through my company you still made this major purchase easy and fair. Dan AKA “DJ” customer service skills are outstanding. Keeping me abreast on information on my car from May to October via telephone or email you exceeded my expectations in the communication category. It was a long wait for my car to be built but well worth it. I truly appreciated this whole buying a car experience at Liberty Subaru. I have purchased many cars from different states from Galveston, Texas to Delaware and this experience was the best overall. In the future, if any of my family members or friends need to purchase a Subaru I will definitely recommend to purchase their vehicle from Liberty in Emerson, NJ. Liberty's website confirmed that they had the car we wanted in stock so I sent them an email to request the price. Dave Finkel of their Internet group responded right away and offered a price that was $1,105 below the best price the first dealership would offer. In the end we bought a less expensive model, but they were below the TrueCar price on that one. Dave was knowledgable and helpful in explaining the features and the differences in the 2 models we were considering (the 2.5i Limited, with or without Navigation) and thre was no pressure. We struck a deal within an hour and I went back a couple of nights later and drove off in a new car! Kevin in the business office made the closing quick, straightforward and painless (well as painless as spending that much money can be!). More

There is never pressure to buy with them, and they don't slip in hidden fees or costs (Ramsey) or try to charge you for things that come standard on the vehicle to begin with (Orangeburg). They have also met and/or beat any prices we have brought to the "negotiation table". I went to emerson because it was the only car dealership which had a new 2015 WRX. Talking to Ed Vogel was a pleasure to work with. Compared to the other sales people i had worked with he didn't push me into buying a different car or pressure me into getting something i didn't want. The people around were very friendly and nice and i'm glad i bought my Subaru from them. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car especially a Subaru. More
