Jeff is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not your typical obnoxious sales person who you want to punch in the face. I will be purchasing my own Subaru in the next year or two and Jeff will be the first person I contact. Tom was the finance person we dealt with and again another staff that I have nothing bad to say about. He probably hates our guts for turning down the extended warranty, but I told my parents to give him a call in case they change their mind before the 3 years limited warranty is up. More

Tremendous service We had a problem with our Subaru overheating in Massachusetts. A not so reputable service technician tried to tell us we needed a $1500 head gasket. I called Bob at Liberty and he told me to put water in the radiator and bring it to him . Bob replaced the radiator, and we saved $1200. Our 2001 Outback now has 155K miles, We service it at Liberty every 5K miles. I ask Bob to check for anything we may need to repair, they are very honest, and most times we don't need to do anything. I think they are the most honest dealer in the country. We have a 2012 Outback and I ordered the new 2015 Lagecy seden from Clayton, he is great. Larry More
