No Pressure Purchase - '14 BRZ I contacted multiple dealers in the NY/NJ/CT area to inquire about 2014 Subaru BRZ Limiteds in stock. The majority of dealers didn't even get back to I contacted multiple dealers in the NY/NJ/CT area to inquire about 2014 Subaru BRZ Limiteds in stock. The majority of dealers didn't even get back to me or sent me a canned e-mail to contact them by phone. If I wanted to contact them by phone, I would have (which defeats the purpose of using the Internet!) Liberty Subaru Internet Salesman, Dave Finkel, immediately responded to me and gave me a fair upfront price. We arranged for a test drive of the exact vehicle I wanted and headed to the dealer. After a test drive, we sat down to negotiate and with a no-pressure approach, we wrapped up a deal on my new '14 Gray Subaru BRZ Limited for an even better price than I was originally quoted. The finance manager process was just as seamless with no pressure and transparency. A great experience and other dealers should learn from this. More

We mainly worked with David Finkel in the Internet department. David had just joined Liberty when he fielded our online inquiry. Despite being so new that he hadn't yet been given an official dealer email address, he was on top of things and was very responsive. He was punctual with appointments throughout the process, whether in his responses to email questions, phone calls or meetings at the dealership. He gave us a price and laid out all of the ancillary expenses clearly and transparently and the price never changed. Dealers in NY state tried to steer us away from working with New Jersey dealers, saying that NJ dealers would charge all kinds of add-ons. This was not the case at all with David at Liberty. He was highly professional, friendly and courteous and got a good read on us as customers and tailored his interaction with us to suit us best which we appreciated. When we picked up the car, everything was as expected and ready for us. Our experience with Kevin Mark in Finance was also straightforward and easy and exactly as we had left it when we left a deposit on the car when we ordered it. No funny-business. Just easy. We highly recommend doing business with David Finkel at Liberty. Subaru is a great car and buying one through David was an equally good experience. More

I am sixty two years old and have never been so impressed with customer service! I will never visit another dealership EVERYTHING you need is right here at Liberty and their wonderful staff. No high pressure and I honestly felt like Steve was really trying to help me, he was very patient with me considering how indecisive I was (sorry!!). His dealership is a 75 mile drive from me, but he had a hard-to-find Impreza 5-door with winter/alloy/nav package in stock. He hit me with a boffo price. His manager facilitated doing our deal mostly on the phone. Dave was punctual on our pickup appointment. He was also gracious and patient when I hammered his on a matter of the finance deal about which I was actually wrong. Business manager Kevin Mark was efficient and didn't waste my time. That's always a big deal with me. Yep, it was painless. More

We never felt hurried, rushed or misinformed, Dan was patient, caring and a very clear spoken young man, he helped us to relax through the whole process of "the buying a car experience".
