We already knew what we wanted, and test drove a couple of cars (never having driven a new Subaru). Of course we fell in love with the XV Crosstrek (even after coming from a 2003 Audi A8L). Alex suggested accessories that made sense (rear bumper guard for one), and we had a few we wanted too. What a delightful, no-pressure experience. Alex was able to answer all our questions and speak to every single feature of the car. When we came to pick up the car, he sat with us and went through every capability of the car, including the Starlink System and its numerous menus. Even Tom Portee made the financing portion of the deal a pleasurable experience. I will highly recommend Alex and the Liberty Subaru team. Can't speak to the quality of the service department yet, but I'll be sure to come back and review them as well! More

There was no pressure to buy extra ("post-market") add-ons. The paperwork was fairly quick and very straight-forward, considering that NY State was the state of registration. The salesman, Steve Klein, was very pleasant, low-key and knowledgeable; he showed us all the features, controls and gadgets of the car and how to ue them, and set up my smartphone with Bluetooth. All in all, a very good process. More

Origionally Subaru sent my car with the incorrect interior. David and the staff at Liberty worked quickly to correct the situation and even compensated me for my inconvenience, so although it was a disappointment when I saw the incorrect interior, the situation was taken care of painlessly and in a timely fashion. I didn't have a way to get to the dealership and David went out of his was and picked me up (door to door service!) both times.
