I negotiated a very good price by email with Dan Cohen, the sales manager, and he notified me immediately--actually by an early morning email--to tell me that exactly the car I wanted had just arrived. By the next day, I completed the sale painlessly, pleasantly and efficiently with Alex Welch, the salesman, and Kevin Mark, the finance person. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Actually, the entire dealership had a warm, welcoming and customer-oriented atmosphere. If all automobile dealerships were like Liberty Subaru, the reputation of auto dealerships would go up substantially. I've already told friends and relatives about the great experience I had there, and would recommend Liberty Subaru to one and all. By the way, it doesn't hurt that I love the car I bought and everyone who has seen or ridden in it is tremendously impressed. All the way around, it has been my best car buying experience of many over the years. Kudos! More

As soon as my dad and I walked in Mr. Vogel gave us his utmost attention and patience, being that we did not know anything about any Subaru vehicles, he helped guide us through to the car that fit me best. I went to multiple dealerships in search of a car that fir me perfect, and whether it was that the vehicle just didn't cut it, or the customer service was aweful not taking myself as a serious buyer. I swiftly went back to Subaru, they gave me a car with superior functionality, gas milage, and excellent customer service. Mr. Vogel came in on his day off to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, if that's not great customer service I don't know what is. It has been one week and my new Forester pays for itself, and it will probably convert my family to all having a Subaru. More

He explained and answered all our questions and we finally decided to lease the 2014 XV Crosstek Limited, this will be our third Subaru. He was very patient and knowledgeable and surely is a credit to the Liberty family. He demonstrates how providing excellent customer service has a lasting effect on customer relationships and customer retention. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends. Kevin Mark was terrific with taking us through the financial process and responding to all our questions. These two individuals are a great asset to Liberty Subaru. I enjoyed my time with Mr. Welch he let me test drive the vehicle and he explained everything that I asked and some that I didn't ask.
