I appreciated being able to find the car I needed on the internet. The best part, though, was working through the purchase with Dave Finkel. He made it so easy for us to "sign and drive" and really tried to move the process along knowing that I needed the car quickly. Steve Klein gave outstanding assistance in getting us the car we wanted as quickly as possible. The final deal was made by phone near closing time on a Friday. We came in on Monday to sign the papers. He kept in contact, expedited the sales process, answered all of our questions, and notified us immediately when the car came in. The day we picked it up, he spent a good deal of time going over the "bells and whistles." We love our car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the car, the dealership and of course, Steve Klein. More

Liberty made buying a car easy! After shopping in person at another dealer, I decided to buy a 2015 Forester Limited. Unfortunately the other dealers made the buying process diffi After shopping in person at another dealer, I decided to buy a 2015 Forester Limited. Unfortunately the other dealers made the buying process difficult. They would not negotiate over the phone and one told me that they added a mandatory $199 to the price of the car for etching the windows with the VIN number... not something that I was willing to pay for. I called Liberty and spoke with Clayton Earl. I told him the best pricing I received on TrueCar and asked what we could do. He matched the price which was $2500 off of MSRP. This was a better deal for me because the other dealer was 20 miles from my home and Liberty was just 6 miles away. I drove to the dealership, met Clayton and the paperwork was done within 15 minutes! No sales pressure, no let me take this to may manager nonsense and no up-selling - well he did offer the extended warrantee but he did not hard sell it and moved on when I said no. With the options that I wanted, he said that I would have the car within 2 weeks. Well the car was actually ready in just 4 days! I could not have been happier with the process of buying a new car! More

I'm a no BS kind of guy and I reached out to many many dealerships in t Just got back home after purchasing a 2015 Subaru Legacy for my mother today. I'm a no BS kind of guy and I reached out to many many dealerships in the area for a no nonsense price and a quick transaction. The way I like to buy cars is to get an out the door price before I set foot in the dealership, and then I'm in and out in one visit. Needless to say, many dealerships didn't make the cut. My expectations were fully met at Liberty Subaru. Dan Meola was fantastic to work with, he gave me an out the door price immediately and was very informative on what he needed to close the deal. My only minor gripe was that the car came almost a month after it was supposed to, but there was a bad weather spell and as we all know s*** happens. He was up front about the delays and prompt with his replies, so no harm no foul. In person, he was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin Mark was the finance guy and he was also superb to work with. Unlike many finance guys who are absolutely irritating when it comes to pushing warranties, Kevin just asked straight up whether we wanted any extras. When we said no that was the end of that. Can't say enough good things about Kevin, we were in and out of there in less than ten minutes as well. All in all, superb dealership. If you want a quick deal at a fair price with no BS, I can't recommend Dan Meola and Kevin Mark enough. Thanks again and happy holidays guys. More
