My husband had bought a Subaru from the Ramsey, NJ dealer and, while he was very happy with his car purchase, he felt that his experience with the dealer left something to be desired. Based on his experiences, he recommended he Liberty Subaru and the difference was like night and day. Liberty Subaru takes customer loyalty and a positive customer experience very seriously. Our salesperson, Steve Klein, helped us to order a yet to be built 2016 model in the color we wanted and equipped as we wanted. He correctly estimated the somewhat lengthy time for Subaru to manufacture and deliver our vehicle. When we came to pick up the car, the paperwork for the lease was easy and Steve spent about an hour explaining the car in general and all the new electronics in particular. He was knowledgeable and most helpful and we came away with about all we could process before actually driving the car for awhile. The financing, handled by Kevin Mark was simple, quick and friendly.
