Ed was great I compared prices and dealerships. Ed at Liberty knew his cars. Whereas when I went to a different dealership, the saleslady didn't know the differe I compared prices and dealerships. Friendly, family-run dealership We went to a bunch of dealerships of all makes while deciding what car to buy, and Liberty was the last one we visited after deciding to get a Subaru. We went to a bunch of dealerships of all makes while deciding what car to buy, and Liberty was the last one we visited after deciding to get a Subaru. I can't speak to the other sales people, but the ones I worked with were very friendly and accommodating. The dealership isn't as flashy or glitzy as others, but that was fine by us, considering most of those made us feel so slimy afterwards. This is a family-run dealership, and you can sort of tell - we didn't encounter any high-pressure tactics or disgusting sales pitches. Let's put it this way - it was the least slimy dealership we have been to. Both Clayton and Dave were really nice to work with. Friendly, no-pressure, down to earth. More

Worst purchase experience I ever had! The only reason I give 1-star for the overall rating of this dealership is that this is the lowest one I could choose. If there is an option of Zero Star, I will definitely rate in that way. The sale person, Steve Kilein, was not friendly at all. The dealership cheated me on the price. I knew there were different fees that dealerships usually use to confuse customers. That was why I asked Steve the out of door price. After we agreed on a fair price, he suddenly told me that price didn't include registration fee. That really pissed me off! He told me I could just went to other dealership! He assured me that I would never find a deal like that in other dealerships. The truth is that I went to another dealership 12 miles away and purchased the vehicle with a even much better price, and not to say I got great purchase experience with the salesperson in the other dealership! More

We already knew what we wanted, and test drove a couple of cars (never having driven a new Subaru). Of course we fell in love with the XV Crosstrek (even after coming from a 2003 Audi A8L). Alex suggested accessories that made sense (rear bumper guard for one), and we had a few we wanted too. What a delightful, no-pressure experience. Alex was able to answer all our questions and speak to every single feature of the car. When we came to pick up the car, he sat with us and went through every capability of the car, including the Starlink System and its numerous menus. Even Tom Portee made the financing portion of the deal a pleasurable experience. I will highly recommend Alex and the Liberty Subaru team. Can't speak to the quality of the service department yet, but I'll be sure to come back and review them as well! More
