A wonderful, down-to-earth experience I really can't stand the awkwardness of typical interactions with "sales people," whose goals, understandably, are generally commission and quotas. Dave Finkel's goal really seemed to be to get us what we wanted and at a great price. He was warm, down-to-earth, and genuine in every sense of the word, responded to all of our queries quickly as we deliberated, and in general made the process easy. This is officially the most pleasant sales experience we've had. On top of that, the rest of the staff at Liberty was lovely. And... we LOVE our new car. More

After speaking with a few dealerships in the NY metro area and looking at privat I completed a search for a pre-owned Subaru Imprezza with low miles. After speaking with a few dealerships in the NY metro area and looking at private options, I was greeted in a friendly manner by Liberty's sales associate and after discussing briefly the cars they had available. I felt very comfortable to test drive the car and engage in a reasonable negotiation of final deal terms without the intense pressure or some of the stereotypical challenges with buying a vehicle. In buying a car for my family I feel that the service was very good and responsive and will be in the future if any matters would arise with the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership over others in the NYC region. More

Straight forward and hassle free We went in looking to replace our 2007 Subaru Outback and ordered a 2016. Dave Finkel walked us through the entire process without rushing or pushing. He must know he has a great product that sells itself because he never pitched it (I don't think Dave realizes that he is actually a sales agent). He took his time to answer questions, describe, explain all the features and take us out a few times to test drive the vehicle. No rushing, no time limits no "I have a lot on my plate". All our questions, emails and calls were promptly and patiently answered and he always took the time out of his day to keep us up to date on our ordered vehicle. Overall a great experience.
