They had told me the color for the car i was looking for was in transit, and that I can come by and test drive the same car in a different color. Next morning I went in and I was surprised to hear the car had arrived that morning. Rob is a great sales consultant who is easy to deal with and really knows what hes talking about. All in all, Liberty Subaru was definitely a great experience, and will be going back for my next car. More

Took a test drive at Liberty & reall I was recently shopping for a crossover in mid price segment & was kind of divided between Honda, Subaru & Mazda. Took a test drive at Liberty & really liked Subaru, my experience during test drive with Sales assistant Tom Quinn was great, i never felt being put on spot & made up my mind to get Subaru. It all goes downhill from there, Tom was busy so i was offered Rob Bontemps he tried to unsell me a premium forester claiming he can add leather to premium trim for a grand (which he just cant perfectly), was totally uninterested to work out pricing & the conversation just ended in 60 second straight. I did ended up buying the same car from a different dealership, with a great shopping experience, price. I would thank these guys for forming my opinion on the car & i think they have good salesman but as long as they got salesman like Rob i would recommend everyone to stay away from them. More

No pressure. Promises kept I was contacted by Dave via email through TrueCar. I informed him that Emerson was too far to travel and his response was what if I give you a great p I was contacted by Dave via email through TrueCar. I informed him that Emerson was too far to travel and his response was what if I give you a great price to which I responded the I would have to take the trip. After visiting three local dealerships, of which one used crooked tactics I emailed Dave for his deal. It was good but not worth the trip. I counter offered and he responded with the great deal that I was looking for. We completed the entire transaction over the telephone,by fax, and email. I asked for a better loan rate and kevin was able to get me that too. I would recommend Liberty, namely Dave Finkel for his customer service and great attitude throughout my purchase. Delightful Dealership I have been traveling approximately 40 minutes to have my Outback serviced at Liberty over the past year. Today while the car was there, I decided to inquire about trading it in for a newer model , as I was interested in an automatic tailgate, and some of the newer safety features I had been reading about. Thanks to the unending patience of Steve Klein, I left not too long after I arrived with a new Forester! I love the ride and the visibility it affords me. Steve was extremely thorough in explaining all the car's features to me before I left the Liberty lot. His professionalism was greatly appreciated as I struggled to decide which model car to purchase. Kevin Mark in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. He resolved any questions I had, and offered advice in reference to refunds I may be entitled to on my old car. I highly recommend Liberty Subaru! More

Dan assured me the car would be priced out by him and Tom. I discussed all options my daughter wanted. Tom was simply the best car salesperson either my daughter or myself have ever encountered. His follow up was timely and concise. He is a credit to his profession. Kevin, in finance, was also top shelf. He certainly exhibits qualities of being concerned and considerate. Tom conducted the delivery of our daughter's Subaru Outback yesterday, July 10, 2015. He reviewed every option and made sure our daughter was comfortable with every option. More

You must know that before I was recommended to Dan I had come from 3 bad experiences and was about to give up on leasing a car and altogether. When I finally met Dan, he walked me through the process, offered me an incredible trade on my current car and was patient to help me find the best car to suit my budget and my needs. When the car arrived Dan as well as the whole dealership were very gracious and he spent time with me o really make sure I was comfortable with my car. I drove off the lot with my new Impreza knowing I got the best deal, and the best place to get my car service as well. They went beyond the extra mile. Definitely recommended, and I am very happy!
