It was an amazingly easy buying experience, and also the first time that a dealer did not try to pull something odd or add unexpected charges to our bill. They honored the price that we got through AAA and only required a $500 deposit. The car came in on time and exactly as promised. Even picking up the vehicle went extremely smooth and quick. We had to drive a half an hour to this dealer, (and there are two Subaru dealer much closer) but it was so worth it because this was the best car buying experience ever. More

They managed my trade-in, the paperwork, and everything fast and complete. Most of my correspondence with them was by email for documentation and signatures. They are a solid, good-natured, group of people at the dealership and do not come across as the typical "car salesmen" we all think about. Great place to purchase a car. I highly recommend them. Dave had a quick response time to my inquiries despite the long wait for my reply. The test drive was overall informative and fun. Dave was like a human manual for the car as he explained all the features the car provided as well as a tutorial on how to access them. Purchasing my car was a very smooth process. Kevin explained and made sure I understood what I was signing it was very quick. Liberty Subaru is an exceptional place. Friendly, approachable staff who seem to enjoy what they do. I left the dealership to think about it.... and returned later that evening to 'seal the deal'. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully, he responded to my questions and concerns and did NOT direct the conversation to my fiancee.... other dealers had done the 'talk to the guy' thing, and not 'talk to the buyer'. (I left those dealerships). I'm happy with my purchase, the ease of buying and financing, and would recommend Ed Vogel and Liberty Subaru to others. More
