Between Dan and Tom Portee in finance, leasing my 2016 Forester was enjoyable and hiccup free. They take all of the stress out of car shopping and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else, EVER!! Dan knew all the models inside and out and was extremely helpful in getting all the little things added and explaining all the details of the car. I never had to wait around or beg anyone to help me. Dan and Tom were quick to answer all of my MANY questions and never with anything but a friendly smile!! I was able to have a few things added to my Forester no problem. When it came time for pick-up I was able to sign my trade in over and sign for the new vehicle and get back to work all before my lunch break was over. More

Came to Liberty and they happened to be bit busy when I walked in the door. Thankfully, Jake was available to answer any questions and also offered their demo WRX for a test drive. After the drive we sat down to discuss options, color, etc. and he was very patient with my (above average) indecisiveness. Ended up doing a factory order which took several weeks. Price negotiation was straightforward and painless. During those several weeks he emailed me updates on the status of the car. When I went to pick it up, he walked me through the final few features of the car and handed me over to Kevin. Neither employee was pushy with the options for my car or anything else. Fantastic work guys! More

Their service department is top-notch and they never talk down to me or try to pull one over on me just because I'm a woman. Jake Barron was the salesman for my new Outback. He's a true professional and was very helpful through the entire process... Keeping me updated while I waited for my vehicle - which I ordered so it took about 6 weeks to get. He walked me through the new technology on the new car and helped transfer my stuff from the old car to the new one. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jake too. More
