Great experience buying a Crosstrek I've bought a number of new cars over the years, but generally the experience has been less than enjoyable to say the least. Well, for the first time, I've bought a number of new cars over the years, but generally the experience has been less than enjoyable to say the least. Well, for the first time, it was actually a pleasant experience. Tom Quinn was courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. And patient. A great guy whom I highly recommend. Pleased with Liberty Subaru PURCHASE: When you buy an Outback 3.6L Subaru, it's a weird experience because the car is in such demand, and so few 3.6L are around that you have a h PURCHASE: When you buy an Outback 3.6L Subaru, it's a weird experience because the car is in such demand, and so few 3.6L are around that you have a hard time finding the exact car you want to buy to test drive. While Liberty Subaru had the same problem, they had the best price and were very accommodating. Dan Meola worked with me through the purchase process. Only hiccup was I didn't like the stock tires and couldn't trade the stock ones in for better tires when the car came in. Dan did as much of the right thing as he could. FINANCING: Kevin Mark was very patient with me, even though I cancelled the GAP insurance because I didn't end up needing it because of my insurance company provided essentially equivalent coverage. ORIENTATION: The in-service orientation by Dave Finkel was great. Excellent hand-holding experience. Walked me through the car. Liberty just sells Subarus, and it shows by the attention to detail. NEGATIVE: The only down-side to my experience was with Subaru itself. They took forever to get me the car, 12 weeks to the day, and the stock tires are rated as terrible in the snow. Not sure why they are even installed on a car built for bad weather. TBD: Looking forward to driving the Outback 3.6L. Expect it to be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Hoping the ongoing service experience at Liberty equals the buying experience. More

Best Subaru Dealership! It's been 15 years since I purchased a new car, so I felt some apprehension about the process. My local dealership did not have the Impreza hatchback It's been 15 years since I purchased a new car, so I felt some apprehension about the process. My local dealership did not have the Impreza hatchback in the color that I desired so I sought an internet purchase. A few dealerships in the NJ area had availability so I contacted each one. Dan was the first salesman to respond and was very patient, courteous, friendly and left me feeling extremely confident. A few other salesmen from other NJ dealerships contacted me; their responses left me with questions of their trustworthiness, if I could feel confident and their professionalism. Dan was the only salesman that truly respected my desire to find my 'dream' car and Liberty Subaru made the process of buying a car out of state so easy! I plan to keep my new car for another 15 years....but I will surely recommend the entire team at Liberty to everyone!!!!
